Interior Preference is a complete service interior design and staging firm. We specialize in diverse design styles from modern, transitional, traditional, eclectic, industrial, mid century modern, southwestern, contemporary, timeless classic and world inspired designs. The firm’s project scopes include residential & small commercial interiors & exteriors which encompasses the renovation of existing environments, new builds, and staging spaces for resale.

The blending of interior design elements and principals with architectural elements has always been of paramount value in the creation and execution of our designs.

We have always been inspired and intrigued by the rustic, untouched beauty of nature, its elements, colors, hues and the vast serenity it brings to the human soul. We love to design environments which include eco friendly elements and evoke a sense of beauty usually inspired through nature, complimented with a relentless gracious pursuit of comfort and which mainly includes the no-​nonsense personalities, wishes and preferences of our clients. Our designs need to speak of a laid-​back, welcoming, unpretentious attitude which soothes all of the senses including your soul.

History

Established in 2009.

After many years working for other Design firms, I received a referral from a previous client from long ago and that referral client hired me to redesign their Family Room, Living and Dining spaces and upstairs office space and upon that client I began my firm.

My journey as an Interior Design Professional and Home Staging expert has been very rewarding from the beginning to the present. With a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, I began my journey in 1991 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I joined a residential interior design firm where I learned the real facets of the interior design business. Later, my family and I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1993 where I worked for several other Interior Design firms. In 2009, I felt I could fulfill my passion and thus I began my own Interior Design business. After receiving a client referral from a previous client, I was hired to redesign the interior of their home from the living, dining, kitchen, and family rooms as well as their home office space. The results of that effort and word of mouth my business began to grow.

Today my passion has taken me to: NM, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Fountain Hills, Gold Canyon, East Mesa, Ahwatukee, Sun Lakes, Chandler, Gilbert, San Tan Valley and Carlsbad, CA.
