I’m gonna go ahead and write a 5 star review too. I arrived and nobody was in the waiting room so I walked up to the window and a gentleman named Jay was eager to assist me. I had a ton of questions because I’m trying to figure out what’s best for my application. Jay not only answered my questions but had some great advice and no matter what I threw at him he was pleasant and you can tell he was good at his job. Unfortunately, this arrogant individual walked in and started immediately crying because he wasn’t getting immediate service. You know, those guys who like to complain about everything. Complained about how he should’ve just went to the MVD and waited 3+ hours versus the 25 minutes he had to wait. If you’re this person, don’t go to these awesome places that help to get things done superquick. Please by all means go wait in line at the MVD, pout and moan like an impound jerk to the government employees who could care less how long you waited. For everyone else who is cool and appreciates timely service and a great attitude then I would say drop by and say hello to Jay.

They were knowledgeable and helpful. I walked in 10 minutes before close time and was taken care of without any attitude. The person that helped me was patient and didn’t finish until 15 minutes after closing time and remained patient and personable.
I won’t hesitate to go back again.

I only gave this company one star because I could not go any lower. I had an ATV to register and I called ahead of time to find out what I needed to bring and how much the approximate cost was going to be. After I arrived, I waited over 1 hour (not sure why) and then was helped by a person named Hyun who was arrogant, looked down at me because I was a woman, and did not know what he was talking about. He quoted a cost that was 4x the amount of the ball park estimate that I was given. I finally took my paperwork back and left because I was not going to try and deal with this person any longer. I went straight to the MVD and registered my ATV with no effort and the cost was what I was originally quoted. Kudos to the MVD and a big thumbs down to In & Out Tags and Title Services. Do yourself the favor, go somewhere else!

Pretty cool alternative to going and waiting at the MVD. They offer limited services; tags and registration really. If you don’t mindful a convenience fee, a much better option than taking a day to spend at an MVD.

While I heeded the negative reviews I’m glad I gave In & Out a try. My husband & I had a great experience on Monday ¼ at 9:30 am. We just drove our cars from the emissions testing at the chandler airport (that was also an easy breezy service!). The DMV in Chandler was a dreaded experience last week (2hrs to get temporary licenses surrounded by a bunch of literally sick/​coughing/​sneezing folks!) so this time we wanted the convenience (& what we perceive to be a healthier mental & physical experience) of using third party services… In & Out lived up to their name! We were in & out fast!
We were assisted by Jay at the counter who was excellent! There was no wait time at all — we walked right in & Jay immediately greeted us with a smile & a «happy new year». We had to register 2 out of state vehicles — 1 with a title & the other without (still has a lien-​holder on it in CA). The only document we personally had to complete was a signature on the credit card receipt to pay for registration fees (we each opted to register for 2years). To my pleasant surprise — There was no need for us to complete anything else — not even the lengthy & confusing MVD registration application that I had downloaded from MVD online — Jay did it all right from his computer. We just needed to show our emissions form, title if applicable, and our drivers licenses (the temporary we received the week before was sufficient). It took between 5 – 7 min for each of the registrations (mine was a little longer due to the fact I was also changing my title from CA to AZ). We walked out with new AZ plates in hand & my hubby was even happier that he was able to get his special Freedom plate issued on the spot!
PS — they have a Nice selection of plates to choose from, too.
PSS — While we were there, 2 others also came in & I observed that they were greeted & assisted by the other service reps just as friendly & fast as we were by Jay.
The service fee was well worth the convenience & exceptional service we received with In & Out title. After reading so many mixed reviews of this place I felt it important to share my very positive & unbiased experience.

Tried to go here and waited for 30 minutes while guy say on phone while kid was taking care of all the customers, 18 dollar fee still long wait so I will not be back

Despite the poor reviews I came to in and out to get my motor cycle title and registration. Jay who was working the window was very personable and helpful! He did a great job working the counter and even multitasked taking calls and helping customers since they were a staff member down. There was a $ 18 convenience fee but I mentioned Unilocal and got a $ 3 dollar discount.
Well worth the time I saved rather waiting in line at the DMV. I certainly will use this place in the future and appreciate the good service. Looks like they have been making some positive changes.

Horrible customer service. checked website 2 days ago and it said they were open until 6. Show up today at 5:45pm and it’s locked up. Checked website while in front of building and the hours have changed again. My daughter is in a wheelchair and I can’t get out much without a tag or someone at home to take care of her. I have been here 3 times with no luck.

Horrible customer service first time I came here I show up the employee does not acknowledge that I’m there I wait five minutes and then he informs me that he is leaving in the middle of the duty hours second time I show up I show up at 10 o’clock when they open I sit there with four other people waiting for him to show up does not arrive till 1030 and has an attitude about it

I called a lady answered and I asked if she could give me an estimate on what I would need to pay for vehicle registration and she said I’d have to come in. I said well I’m trying to save time, couldn’t I just give you basic info over the phone that you’d look at when I come in and she said NO. You need to come in sir. Aren’t title offices like this around so we don’t have to deal with the MVD attitudes, I guess she was hired from an MVD office. Anyways she was rude because she wasn’t willing to help me, so I said then if you can’t do that for me ill call and take my business elsewhere, her response: that’s fine.
I thought business’s actually needed customers to stay in business. Mmmh not sure this place has figured that out.

Update. I just called another title place (baseline and lindsay) and. They gave all info over the phone and all she needed was the YR of the vehicle. HAH
