Scott Smith with Home Improvements and Repairs has done extensive work on both my house and business properties. Scott is always on-​time and very prepared. I find Scott to be an exceptional contractor for three specific reasons.
First, there is nothing Scott cannot fix or create. Working with him truly makes my life easier because I never have to worry about getting into an unsolvable situation or having to hire and manage multiple people.
Second, Scott has great ideas if you ask him. There have been countless times I have been in need of a creative solution and he has proposed ideas that have been fantastic.
Third, Scott is trustworthy. I have worked with Scott for over 6 years now and have always received a great value. He has always been upfront about pricing and brings unexpected issues (and then solutions) to my attention very quickly.
I truly value Scott and his work. I don’t know what I would do without him!
