Hilton Phoenix Chandler

I had low expectations for this hotel and was really surprised with how nice my stay was. I was traveling for work and stayed two nights at the Hilton. The staff was overly friendly and helpful my entire stay. Checking in was a breeze. I stayed in a King guest room. The carpet looked like it was brand new and the furniture was in good shape. While the bed didn’t have the most comfortable mattress, there were a ton of really comfy pillows which I totally appreciated. The bathroom was nice and the shower had great water pressure. On the downside, the shower leaked through the door and the bathroom floor would have water everywhere by the time I finished.
I realized the first night that I had forgotten a disposable razor and called housekeeping to see if they had any available. They brought one up to my room in minutes and even brought a can of shaving cream.
We ate a few meals at the restaurant and everything we had was really good. Some of the food looked like it could have been served from a fine dining establishment. Not the «hotel food» I was expecting.
The morning of checkout I noticed a charge from the restaurant that shouldn’t have been mine on the invoice slipped under my door. The front desk immediately removed this from my bill and apologized for the confusion.
I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever sent out to our AZ office again.

I organized an event for 150 people at the Hilton. The staff was on point and the venue looked beautiful. The Management was readily available if needed. I will book with them again.

I absolutely LOVE this hotel. I have never met a friendlier and more engaged hotel staff in my life. From reception to housekeeping to room service, every member of the staff I’ve encountered here has been courteous and helpful and just downright friendly. The rooms are spotless and clean, the food here is extremely tasty and the conference rooms are always well stocked and prepared for company meetings/​events. It’s always a pleasure staying in this hotel and I can’t wait to come back again!

Amazing stay here! We live in Chandler and had to stay for 3 nights while our air conditioner was out of service. Staying here was great and took the stress out of the situation. Live music, great food and amenities, and seriously the most accommodating staff.

Our company hosts retreats at local hotels every month for management. Since the beginning of the year, our experience at some of them have been hit or miss. For the past couple of months, we’ve been at the Hilton Chandler. By far this has been the best experience and location that we’ve had. A couple of us has to stay overnight due to travel, and never had one complaint in regards to the cleanliness of the room. The location is great, it’s right off the 101 and 202 and just over the freeway from Chandler Fashion Center. You would be fooled when you walk in and didn’t think you were already in a 4 or 5-​star hotel. The service is top-​notch. Our company loves the fact that no matter what team member you speak with, if you have a request, they take ownership of it and handle it themselves, instead of waiting to speak with someone else or pass it on to someone else. I definitely would recommend anyone that is traveling to the Phoenix — Chandler area to consider staying at this hotel. If you’re considering hosting a conference/​meeting, definitely give them a call. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service that we’ve received.

the restaurant and bar «Taste American Restaurant «, ajoiningvthe Hilton lobby is very nice. While it has a very small menu the items they have are fantastic. I had the Bistro burger. Everythingbon itvwas great. The bread was soft but solid and buttered. Bacon was crisp, burgervwas perfect. The guacamole was very goi d and the onion ring was a brilliant touchb of flavor. My gal had the wrap and loved it. Parents had two other burgers. Coffee was good too. It was very quiet but only because y’all don’t know about bit yet. We hear they have an amazing brunch too.
Dawn the bartender/​server was very nice as well.

This review is for their restaurant, Taste, only as we did not stay at the hotel. We opted for their breakfast buffet a couple weeks ago and OMG what a buffet! Slightly larger than the last hotel buffet we went to. There were other guests coming and going while we were there. Waitress was nice, though she messed up our omelette order. We asked for similar ones with different cheese and veg mix ins, instead we both received the same omelette with our 2 orders combined. It took a while to receive but did not want to wait for another so we just ate them. All in all, great buffet.

Travel to Chandler for business every few months and always stay here. Well tonight I showed about without a rental car and a sore throat unable to speak… well the staff (Jason and the rest of the front desk team) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care off! Thank you for making me feel better far away from home!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Phoenix Chandler. The room was cozy, very clean and comfortable. I was in town for an event and meeting held right there at the hotel. I reserved the Bed and Breakfast rate at the hotel. The complimentary buffet breakfast was great. Lots of options to choose from, fresh and tasty. I thought it was going to be just a little dining room with the buffet right as you walk in. It was a real restaurant. The buffet was in the back and had lots of hot options. You could also order an omelet or other items off of the menu to go with your buffet.
The meeting/​conference room that our event was held in was nice. The entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. We didn’t have any problems during our stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t have a big problem with this hotel. We’ve been hotel living for 8 weeks due to business and this hotel blew the one we’re stuck at during the week out of the water. We are staying in the Doubletree in Rosemead, CA, and if you read my review for that one I will give you countless reasons why it sucks. This one, however, rocked!

— Great live music! We got our dance on.

— The Smartwater in the room is almost $ 4 so bring your own bottles of water.
— Food was okay. My Caesar salad was nothing special, good for a salad, but my boyfriend says the turkey burger he ordered was delicious.
— The bartender did ignore us for a bit in our chairs next to the bar but once he started serving us he was on it.
— The concierge came up and asked what time we were checking out. We asked for a late checkout at 2pm, but she showed up at 1pm. She smiled and apologized when I explained.
— There’s some kind of oil plant or something across the street so no view.
I would stay here again!

We live in Chandler and have used the Hilton for work and numerous stay-​cations. We have always been very pleased during our stays. Rooms are nice, clean and they are very accommodating. We like the rooms with the balcony and they do a great job of finding us a room if available.
Staff is always very nice and the shuttle to downtown is very nice. No need to drive after enjoying some San Tan brews. The bar in the hotel is very nice also. The pool is always clean and they have toys and rafts to use.
My favorite hotel in the area.
For business they are very accommodating with our flexible schedule and willing to provide meeting spaces on short notice. The food that we have ordered has always been very good nd fresh.

I attended a company holiday party in their ballroom. The ballroom was beautiful and so was their pool area, where they had set up some heaters. However, their catering was not my favorite. They served us Thanksgiving style food — turkey, potatoes, butter glazed carrots, spring mix salad, stuffing, rolls, yams, etc. They also provided a dessert bar that included a blackberry pie and apple pie and some small bites. Everything was «nice,» I just wasn’t wowed by anything and food is very important to me! if I ever had to host a personal event, I would probably not choose this place if I had to use the same catering.

Great hotel, great staff! I have stayed here once before, but I mainly visit the Hilton in Chandler for business meetings. You can reserve the ballrooms that function as meeting rooms during the day. The space is perfect and the staff is very accommodating. The staff is there whenever you need them and go above and beyond to make your experience wonderful. They set up the meeting rooms so that you have everything you need — projectors, paper, pens, phones, etc.
And don’t forget about the endless supply of beverages and snacks to keep everyone at the meeting happy. If you’re meeting with a smaller group, you can order breakfast and lunch off the menu and they will deliver it with perfect service. The food is so tasty that I always look forward to all-​day meetings here! The Starbucks and bar on site are also a benefit so that you don’t have to go very far to get what you need.
If you are staying here overnight, book ahead because it fills up.

Stayed here for a week on business this month. Beautiful hotel, nice rooms, extremely friendly staff! The restaurant is also nice and has a fun atmosphere at night with live music. The staff took great care of us whether it was keeping our rooms clean, taking care of our needs in the conference room, or just greeting us in passing.
Only have one complaint, and it isn’t the staff’s fault. The plant or factory, or whatever it is across the street is extremely loud at night! Sounds like you are next to a construction site! It wasn’t all night — but it did bother me for at least one hour each night.

I’ve stayed at this Hilton a lot for business, and have always been happy with the experience. The staff is very friendly. They have a small Starbucks/​shop, a full service bar (open late), and a restaurant that has an amazing breakfast buffet. They have a small, but sufficient exercise room and a nice pool area. The rooms are spacious, well furnished, and usually clean. I say usually because my last experience was a bathroom full of black hairs when I checked in. I grabbed a wet washcloth to wipe them up, and the cloth came back as black as the hairs. Needless to say I put towels down for the rest of my stay. I’ll keep staying here, but somebody please wash the damn floors! Gross.

Stayed for three nights. The Chandler Hilton is a 4 – 5 star hotel in a 3 star industrial park area.
Pluses:
* Clean, modern full-​service Hilton
* Usual comfy Hilton beds. See pics.
* Friendly staff
* Executive lounge with discounted drinks, 5 – 10 pm with bartender in residence, 6^th floor
* Some rooms have small balcony with sliding glass door. Too small to sit outside
* Mini-​fringe, though can’t be sure if in all rooms.
* Complimentary shuttle for local pickup and delivery including local mega fashion mall
Gripes:
* What came first, the Hilton or the Air Products industrial plant across the road? Suspect the Air Products plant that runs 24×7. Why build here?
* Why require guests to re-​log into Wi-​Fi at least once daily for each device? An unnecessary annoyance.
* No real scenic view to speak of.
Tip: Choose room in the back, the most quiet rooms away from plant.
Tip II: Negotiate a rate inclusive of breakfast and Wi-​Fi for best value.

I stayed at this property while visiting relatives a couple of years ago. This is a full service Hilton in Chandler. It is a very clean and well maintained newer property near the Chandler Fashion Center and only less than twenty minutes from Phoenix Intl Airport. The rooms are clean, the staff is courteous. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, and a Starbucks/​gift shop. I visited the bar a couple of nights there and the bartender was great– served up yummy margaritas.
I also recommend this hotel for business travelers.
