Ferguson

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I went in looking for a Flush Mate tank replacement part. The salesman was helpful in finding the part and assured me it would work. Well it didn’t. I came back for a return/​replacement part and the manager was called over because apparently he has the final decision on returns. My packaging was opened but I taped it back together and included all of the parts that came with it. He looks at the package and says «you expect me to sell this?». Not exactly the response I was looking for. I told him I would gladly purchase the correct part even if they wouldn’t accept my return. Instead of helping me, this jerk shakes his head and walks back to his desk without resolving my issue. I have never felt so disrespected by a business. Now I’m stuck with a $ 50 part that doesn’t work and clearly Ferguson could care less. Don’t waste your time or money here.
