FastMed Urgent Care

Let me start by saying the receptionist debra was not best, that’s for sure! i had never been to this location so i had to fill out new patient paperwork, once i was done with that and handed it over she disappears in the back then returns where i find she had been on her cell phone making a doctors appointment for herself. She was pretty friendly and offered me a bottle water but the last thing you want when you’re sick in a waiting toom is to know that someone is blatantly putting themselves before you! Everyone else was very professional.

The group that works here is very professional and friendly. They move quickly to get you in for medical attention. The staff takes time to explain things and do not leave you hanging for extended periods. I was very very impressed and I have high standards for customer service. I was in and out in less than 1 hour including X-​Rays.

The receptionist was extremely rude. No hello, no smile, no please, no apologies for giving me the wrong information, no customer service skills. The staff in the back weren’t friendly either but professional. The service here was not «Fast» at all. I was the only person waiting for 20 minutes. It definitely was not «personal care» in my neighborhood.

Since I am from out of town, I called to get information before going in. The service from the reception was extremely disappointing. The admin was strikingly rude.

The perfect balance between quick service (in and out in 30 minutes) and receiving attentive care (staff listened carefully, asked relevant questions, and did not make me feel rushed at all). Nicole, Tom and Jaime were very professional, with a good sense of humor to put me at ease when I didn’t feel well. I live a few miles away, and drove past 4 other urgent care clinics to visit this particular one based on its Unilocal reviews. I’m so glad I did! Will be recommending this clinic to everyone I know.

Even though it was busy they were very fast! Friendly, super clean, great experience. Thank you.

What a joke. I emailed the good doctor and detailed my experience per his request. I never heard back from him, rather was sent a lengthy survey to fill out. How difficult is it to understand that lab results for what turned out to be a serious staff infection were delayed 4 days?

Checked in due to a rash that has spread all over my body! Staff super friendly and attentive. Came afterwork about 5:30 thinking I was going to hit «rush hour» wait wasn’t that long! Great service and info. Jeff was super nice and welcoming and the lady at the front desk truly looks like she enjoys what she does and was very friendly! Hopefully my rash goes away!

Went in while I was visiting Arizona for the weekend. I felt very feverish and decided an urgent care would tell me what I had. The front desk was nice, but both doctors that saw me were very distant and cold. A little advice: if you want people to come back to your clinic, treat them with respect and don’t belittle them. The doctor insulted my intelligence multiple times while I was in the clinic. Doctors are supposed to care about their patients, not treat them like they’re doing you a favor for seeing you. I understand that urgent care doctors don’t see patients as often as family physicians, but respect goes a long way. I’ve been to multiple urgent care clinics in the state where I live and none have been like this. I would NOT recommend this clinic at all, unless you want to be belittled and insulted during your visit. The place was completely empty when I went in, which should have definitely been a sign of how horrible the place is. I won’t be in that area for a long time, but if you live in Chandler, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC.

Great experience! Everything from our experience with the front desk personnel, nurse and nurse practitioner was great. The wait time was minimal and we felt very confident in the staff there. Will definitely go back if we ever need to!

This Urgent Care is amazing! Debora, the Admin, is always so sweet and extremely efficient. Jeff is hilarious and makes me forget that I feel like crap while he’s getting my vitals. All of the Dr’s I have met are also extremely friendly, kind and efficient. I had Dr. John today and he explained everything that he thought was going on in detail, as well as explaining the possible causes and why he diagnosed it as a sinus infection. Definitely some of the best care I have ever had in the valley. Thank you all!!!

Online registration is great. PA Shannon Lunders was informative, patient, confident and caring.

I went here to get some burns on my arm checked and they got me in and out fairly quickly. Gave me in-​depth info about my wounds and some awesome bandage sleeves for my arm. Appreciated the follow up call a few weeks later to see how I’m doing too!

I went in with acute shoulder pain. I was told by a very nice nurse aid that the pain was caused by a pulled muscle and to minimize movement and take pain meds.
The pain was severe — I spoke with another doctor (not associated with FastMed) by phone later in the day who was able to assess via phone that my shoulder was in fact dislocated and not a pulled muscle. He recommended a quick exercise to help the shoulder pop back into place. Within 10 minutes of that phone call, my shoulder was remarkedly better as it was no longer dislocated. There was no need for the pain meds afterall.
When the bill for $ 100 came from FastMed, I didn’t even want to pay the bill as the nurse practitioner at FastMed didn’t actually diagnose or treat me in any way that can be considered helpful. Dumb me, in my frustration, I lost track of the bill and because my payment ended up being late, extra charges were applied ballooning into a $ 140 bill quickly.
It was a very frustrating experience. I will go elsewhere for urgent care in the future.

Wish i would’ve known about this place yesterday (sunday) since they were open and my teenager tells me at the last minute that he needs a sports physical for basketball tryouts by Monday after school!
Staff here is super friendly and funny
We will be back, especially since physicals are only $ 35 no appt necessary.

I had to go in for a pre-​employment test and the day of the test my printer stops working. I called asking if a digital copy of the paperwork would be ok and the receptionist was so understanding and offered to print it out at the office for me. I really appreciated how helpful she was!
Every employee I interacted with was professional, friendly (everyone had a smile), and answered any questions I had. I was in and out quickly and would definitely go back if I needed anything else taken care of.

Receptionist Cesily (not sure if that’s spelled correct) was friendly. Jeff took my vitals and made my visit as fast as possible and was extremely helpful. Jason gave the the final news and gave me my post op shoe for my broken toe. Super nice. Went home with a cd of my X-​rays and a list of podiatrists. What a day! Must be the almost-​full moon. Sigh. :/

I have to change my review. The manager called me to fix the insurance issue. She did this without me calling her. I can’t remember but I think her name was Deborah? Either way, I will come back if ever an emergency.
I also want to thank the manager for contacting me to rectify the insurance situation. She was so nice and helpful and I have never experienced a hospital of any kind going out of their way to ensure I wasn’t charged accidentally. So 5 stars! All the way. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the great customer service!!!

I came in limping. Can barely walk. The RT named Jeffrey let me limp right by a wheelchair not in use. I said, a wheelchair would be nice! He ignored me. Asked me where the pain was. I told him where it had been… then stood up to check and it moved so I showed him now where it was… I got a snarly, «oh, so now it’s over THERE» like I am an idiot or a liar. Hopefully the dr will treat me better… not the first time I have disliked the way this guy talked to me.
Girl at the front desk recognized me. Apparently I come in here too much! She was awesome and brought me the paperwork so I didnt have to get up.
This PA I got was fantastic. Very skilled in muscle issues. Quite friendly and knowledgeable. She kicks it up to 4 stars.

After cutting my finger and needing stitches on NYE, I arrived at this clinic after calling to put my name on the list. I would have used their computer system for registering but the site was down.
I arrived and the receptionist checked me in and had me fill out the paperwork. She was polite but not overly friendly.
I waited only about 15 minutes before I was called back to have my vitals taken by an MA (I think he was an MA) named Ron. He took my vitals and then led me into the exam room. He cleaned out my finger but did it so delicately that I don’t know that it helped.
The PA that came in to look at my finger and ultimately gave me the option for stitches was named Mike. I chose to have the stitches and so he promptly took care of giving me a lidocane shot and then put two stitches in my finger. He also said that I should have a tetanus shot and then Ron came in to give me the shot.
After I received the shot, I was left in the room and wasn’t sure if anyone was coming back. After a little bit, Mike returned and said I was good to go.
I stopped at the front desk to ask for paperwork and to get my yellow card (for recording immunizations) signed. He signed it MD although I think he was a PA.
My overall experience was alright but I’m not sure I would return here if there were other options.
Ron was a little creepy and I felt like he kept staring at me. The customer service process at the end could be improved.
