El Bella Salon & Day Spa

I came to El Bella by way of a bridal party I was a part of, as this was the bride’s salon of choice. There were at least 7 of us getting our nails done, so we had appointments for first thing in the morning. I had the latest appointment and showed up accordingly. Everybody was in different stages of completion, and I settled in to chat with another bridesmaid as I waited for my pedicure. I was offered water, the massage chair, and to relax while I waited for my appointment time. Those who finished early mingled, but I don’t think anyone ever felt like they were waiting around. The staff got through our large party in record time… well within the bride’s timetable of scheduled events ;)
The pedicure was nice, and she did a great job on my manicure. Even though I chose a regular manicure instead of gel, the polish held up really well for several days. I hadn’t had my nails done in a while and they cleaned them up quite nicely!
The atmosphere was great. The pedicure chairs line the room, with a barstool style middle table where they do the manicures. The salon had a comfortable look and almost no «salon smell».
I could totally see meeting up with a couple girlfriends here for an afternoon mani/​pedi. The restaurant downstairs with the awesome lunch menu makes it a fun ladies day!

I have been here a regular here since they opened in January. Allie does my nails and I am very happy with my nails. The owners are super friendly and very accommodating.

I have been into this location 4 separate times. 3 of those time I have gone in for a pedicure and have signed in and waited for several minutes only to be asked if I could come back another time because they were expecting a group. Today was one of those days. I went in about 4:30 and after waiting, I was asked to return another time. I said fine and left. They were not very busy when I was there, so when I got to my car I called and asked how long the current wait was for a pedicure, and was told there was no wait. I do not understand why they continue to turn away my business, but after today I will no longer even attempt to go.

Hands down the very best nail salon in the area! I’ve been to so many over the last five years and am thrilled to have finally found my go to place. It’s nice and relaxing inside, good prices, good service, lots of polish to pick from and overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

I love this place, they always do a great job! The owner (I forgot her name!) is always very sweet to you right when you walk in the door. Billy and his wife (ahhh I forgot her name too!) do such a great job every time I come. They take their time and don’t try to push you out the door. The salon is still pretty new, so it’s pretty easy to get in without waiting. Thanks El Bella!

I moved here from California and wasn’t sure where to go for my nails. I tried a few places but I didn’t love them. I went to El Bella because it came highly recommended in our community chat. Chloe did my nails first and she is amazing. I went in again today and she wasn’t there so I had Billy do them. He is also amazing. These guys are friendly, funny, and they do a great job! I can confidently say that I have found my nail place!

This inside of this place is beautiful. Walk-​ins and appointments are welcome. I came here with 4 family members (on ⁶⁄₁₆) as one of them has been here before and chose this place to get our pedicures for our cousin’s wedding this weekend. I obliged even though I love my normal nail salon– Greenfield Nails– and didn’t want to be the unwilling stick in the mud. I had the basic pedicure with a callus removal. The foot and calf massage was very nice.
HOWEVER… I did NOT appreciate waiting around for 45 minutes before they started on my pedicure. They didn’t say a word to me about being short staffed, running behind or, «hey we knew you had an appointment at 5:15 but we can’t start on your feet until 6.» Nothing. Very very rude. The rest of my party were worked on while I sat there just waiting. If I would’ve known they were going to make me wait so long, I wouldn’t have put my feet in the pedi bowl; I would’ve said «Sayonara!» girls, off to MY nail place. I will NEVER come back here because of the bad customer service! I could careless about the cute interior– customer service is King!
Oh, and the bags of trash sitting right in front of the entrance/​exit… smelly and tacky! 2 Stars.

Very friendly staff & the quality is amazing! The basic pedicure is anything but basic (hot stones, oil, hot towels)! My nails look and feel great as well. They also do an exceptional job with brows. The best part about this place is how sanitary they are. Only nail place I am fond of!

Behind Chase PLAZA (southwest corner) — Dont get it confuse! I came here and the ladies were soo professional and nice! I love helping businesses and I came for a blowout and they treated me like I’ve been their customer for years! They even offered me water! Luv it!

Back again after a brief absence. I had to go out of town for awhile and got my nails done elsewhere… Bad move but I was desperate!
I always use Diane and missed her when I was gone. She fixed the mistakes that I had and she seems to always be able to do the nail art that I want!

I am a frequent customer to this nail salon. I’ve never had such bad service until today. Once it started getting busy my nail lady started to rush in my manicure. The «massage» that comes with the package was basically her applying lotion to my arms (5 seconds on each arm compared to 2 minutes of an actual massage). When I find out my total, I was shocked! Extra add ons i was not aware of. When I asked the front desk lady to break down everything, not only was she rude but she had a huge attitude about it. I will never come back!

Let me tell you how much I love this place. It’s clean and modern. Customer service is outstanding. I love how the staff is friendly and helpful. Not only my girl but couple of techs are helping me to look for my colors. They have so many gel colors for me to choose from.lol.

takes about 40 – 50 mins with long time massage that is included organic sugar scrub, mask, paraffin (I love paraffin) hot stone massage and lotion massage, which is perfect for my pregnancy.
My gel manicure is shiny and very precise. Chloe is my girl because she know how to take care of me. she is very careful and professional. My cuticle got trim so well and neat. Love to look at my nails all the time. Y’all have to try this place out. this is my third time and I would love to stick around permanently

This place is phenomenal! I had gels dine here a few days back and just returned for a pedicure, and I have to say it is the best pedi I have had in a long time! The staff is so friendly and they take there time. I will definitely be coming back!

I tried this place because the lady that usually does my nails moved here. The place is new and has all the latest massage chairs, uv lights and is very modern. I had a very relaxing experience and found it to be very clean and the products being used were high quality. I would definitely recommend this place to any looking to get an gel manicure and greet pedicure!
