Established in 2015.

DockIt’s owner has over 20 years of experience managing environmental projects from Maryland to California. Since 2008 she has prepared Environmental Assessments for multiple Federal Agencies on the behalf of various applicants. DockIt was formed in 2015 to provide a more personalized service to its clients.

Business Owner

Celia has 20 years of experience with engineering consulting firms in multiple states doing wetlands, biological studies, NEPA documentation, hydrologic analysis, stormwater design, and SPCCPs. She has coordinated with multiple state and federal agencies and has worked with utilities, tribes, and developers throughout the western states on environmental, planning, and engineering projects.

Celia’s strong technical and management skills have been crucial to conducting environmental studies, obtaining permits, implementing required monitoring protocol, and proposing successful site design. Her wide range of experience in the environmental and engineering aspects of site planning and design has assured an integration of client desires with sound environmental strategies. Her knowledge of site design and environmental limitations allows her to work on the behalf of clients to obtain the maximum benefit of their site while complying with state and federal regulations.
