I got a Bluetooth deck and door speakers. All for reasonable price. And for being a first time customer and very the worked out a great deal for me including installation. They were honest, got the job done quickly and efficiently. I’m definitely going back layer to get my subs and for the Great customer service.

Got an inverter installed under my seat. They did not nickel and dime on materials and quoted me less than the other guys. Had issues with setup about 3 weeks later and they took care of it in about 30 minutes and gave me spare parts at no charge. Would use again!

If you want fair prices, quality work and free entertainment. This is the place to go. I’ve done multiple cars and the owner has always recommended the best products at an affordable price. You will never find a more honestly genuine person. No sales push, no big price tags.
Honestly the dude should have his own reality show. He’s been doing this for 30 years. People stop by just for the entertainment value.

Purchased and had a stereo installed on 2÷11÷15, it was a good experience! Owner is very knowledgeable, stands behind his work, doesn’t try to take advantage of buyer with unnecessary upselling. He is an honest, decent man, has been in business for 30 years, which speaks volumes! Highly recommend! Be sure to check out his greeter – a fat, old dog (yes, 4-​legged variety)!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Knowledgable, straight to the point, and great deals. Tang is was awesome in helping get set up with an amazing sound in my car. I recommend this place to anyone and I’ll definitely be coming back.

First visit today. The affable owner patiently consulted me for an extended amount of time, appeasing my analytical nature. He truly knows his stuff on a master level. He saved me a large wad of currency, swiftly installed the top-​of-​the-​line stereo that best suited my needs at a most reasonable cost and set it up superbly and trained me on the functionality. High value /​low cost.

I have been going to this place for my audio and video in my car for years. Really nice guys. Kind of a laid back place. But they have always got my jobs done quick. When I first came to them I got Video cables fixed for my head rest monitors and I needed a new DVD player. They relocated it for me and I have not had any problems with them since. I have had a new stereo placed in my husbands car and recently (I didn’t know he wanted it) had them fix it so the steering wheel worked the volume and searching for the radio. Direct Car Audio (DCA) Chandler Az. installed my stereo Pioneer Avic– D3 $ 1204.63 in my F250 using 4 drywall screws and «NO» stereo installation kit. I took my truck back to them two times asking them to do something about my stereo being loose. The 1^st time they looked at it and tightened things up. The 2^nd time the owner told me I had to buy a replacement installation kit and I was responsible for paying for it I told him I was not going to and was not satisfied with the quality of work and they were responsible since they installed the stereo to resolve the issue. Buyer beware they are not affiliated with the (BBB) Better Business Bureau. This turned out to be chop shop for me and I will never do business or recommend them to anyone I know. The BBB did not seem to help me due to the fact the business is not affiliated with them and at that time I did not realize that Direct Car Audio did not install my stereo using an installation kit when I generated my BBB report. BAD PRACTICE AND NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN INSTALLED MY STEREO THAT WAY!

Radio stopped working on a car I bought used a year earlier. Took the car in and they found the problem right away. Turns out previous owner had installed an amplifier that had now failed. They took out the failed device and undid the terrible install some else had done. Returned the car back to the basic factory install and got everything working. Only charged me labor and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. Picked this place based on the reviews and glad I did. I wasn’t sure where to go to fix my radio, didn’t want to pay a dealer and highly recommend them to others.

I bought a Kenwood GPS navigation system online for my Mother’s Dodge Grand Caravan. The online price was $ 150 less than Best Buy. I went to Best Buy to inquire about installation but I couldn’t get any service.
I read a couple of Unilocal reviews for Direct Car Audio. I called and inquired about installation. I could tell right away that the fellow with whom I spoke (Hector), was very knowledgeable. He quotes me a price over the phone and said it would take a couple if hours. I brought the car in and sure enough, it was a two hour install.
Hector provided my Mom training on the unit. He was very patient with her. I was very happy.
The only thing to know about this place is that it doesn’t look like a nice store from the outside. There are bars on the windows which I presume is to prevent theft. Outside of that, I highly recommend.

My husband had Circuit City install a new car stereo in his car shortly before they went out of business. Over a year ago it just stopped working. I decided to get it fixed for him for fathers day and saw this place on Unilocal.They were great. It turned out the circuits were fried (no doubt from the jerry-​rigging Circuit City did when they installed it to work with his iPod). They offered to fix the wiring for a very reasonable fee. Then he gave me the option of installing a new stereo for another very reasonable fee and I decided to do that since the old stereo did not work with my husband’s iPhone. I was out of there within an hour and everyone was very friendly (including the black lab!) and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are great. I recently bought a 2000 accord which came with an all stock audio system with a Tape Deck and it had to GO. After shopping around between online and other places locally, I was recommended to them by a customer at Best Buy as he said they were experts and had really good prices. Since Best Buy and most other places were seriously overpriced, I figured I would give them a shot.
After finding the store hiding in a little ceasers parking lot, I proceeded to head around the back and was greeted by the two guys that basically do everything it seems. After being shown a few decks I proceeded to look around the maze of speakers and other car audio goodies they have stacked to the ceiling everywhere. They two guys were pretty busy and pretty straight to the point but still honest with quotes and their work. They did not have the kenwood deck I had my heart set on in stock but were willing to order it for me. Luckily I got a call a week later and they had just got in a 2011 kenwood model that had all the features I was looking for. After talking with them I ended up getting a new kenwood deck, all new boston acoustic speakers and a amp kit installed to my trunk. They also fixed 2 bad lock actuators that I had for 50 dollars a door as I was getting the other work done.
The installed price for the deck was fair but still cheaper than anywhere else unless I had attempted the install myself. The speakers installed were the same price I would have paid for them online (without installation) and the amp kit was really affordable for the quality job they did. The actuator repair cost me half of the cheapest quote I got elsewhere, but I probably got a deal since they already had to remove my door for the speaker install.
They had the work done really fast considering how much needed to be done, and they had a chill waiting room with a leather coach and a TV playing speed tv.
The owner was also very nice and was hanging out and joking with customers and friends.
When I had a small problem with my deck a few weeks later I stopped by and they fixed the issue within seconds. They also offered to help with the amp and sub-​woofer I was going to be installing myself for free of charge!
Overall I saved a bunch of money by coming to direct audio and I am really impressed with the install job they did on everything. While the two employees might be a little rough around the edges and take a little getting used to they are very honest and straightforward. I highly recommended this shop for any car-​audio needs.
