History

Established in 1981.

The business began in 1981 in Troy, Illinois. Kirk and Susie Croffoot were 21 and 19 respectively when they created their company. Through the next 21 years they grew to become a successful heating and air conditioning business utilizing many of the state-​of-​the-​art service techniques, computerized data systems and a custom sheet metal shop. In 2000, relationships were formed with owners of an air conditioning company in Phoenix which set the ball in motion for the potential sale of the business in Troy and move to the Valley. Finally in 2002, they sold the business and moved to Chandler. During the last several years they have spent working with and acclimating themselves to the climate, customers, housing types and garnering excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers. In 2009, after much thought, research and the desire to give the customer an honest, dependable and quality service they deserve, they launched «Croffoot Htg/​AC-​The Sequel» at their Chandler location.

Manager

Kirk Croffoot is a native of Belleville, IL and obtained his degree in Heating and Air Conditioning from Rankin Technical College in St. Louis, Mo. His 30 years of experience has given him insight to solving a wide variety of technical problems that can arise with any mechanical piece of equipment. His background includes attendance of many sales boot camps, technical service seminars, management training courses and many manufacturer sponsored seminars in order to keep him up to date on all the latest that the industry has to offer.
