Ran into this place at the Tempe Arts Festival, but it doesn’t appear that they have an actual brick and mortar store. The website says it just does catering and special events. Anyway, this was my first crêpe in decades and getting a crêpe had been on my mind for months. I went with the $ 6 Monkey crêpe, which was nutella and bananas inside a sweet crêpe. The crêpe was overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Yes, he basically browned the outside too much, making the crêpe taste more like a wrap. The bananas on the inside were not griddled or cooked at all and the nutella had not even melted yet. Not sure how this feat was accomplished, but it was and half the crêpe ended up as pigeon food. Hopefully, there are better crepes or crêpe chefs out there.
