I do not understand how they cannot do a descent job on a clean. windows are always streaked and they clean as they want. Last time here. Change managment.

They aren’t the best car wash ever but they do get the job done. There’s a Dunkin Donut inside the gas station so if you needed a snack while waiting for your car, there’s that. Also at the end of the «race line,» there’s a nice shaded area where you can sit and wait for your car as well. There’s always a lot of people whenever I’m here, so that’s a good thing! Although, sometimes they miss some stuff on my car that is very obvious.

I had a good experience here. I needed a new serpentine belt and another place quoted me $ 160 – extremely overpriced. And I was quoted $ 80 here. They also had a Groupon for two oil changes, two tire rotations, and two car washes for $ 45 that we took advantage of. I will say that it wasn’t much of a car wash though.

This place is terrible, after you get threw the line of salesman telling you how bad your car is (my car has 1500 miles) no detail necessary. I purchased the second to highest wash and when I got it back the inside was still terrible. There was a layer of dirt all over the dash and the seats. There was still trash everywhere. There are much better options.
As you can see the manager emailed the warm and fuzzy, I provided him with the information and again nothing. What you can expect from this place.
UPDATE. I provided the information. Guess what came of it… NOTHING!!! Poor service all around. Stay away. Much better options out there

I had a great experience today. The only bummer was picking up the oil filter myself because they ran out. He hooked me up and took 10 dollars off plus discounted the transmission flush and rear diff fluid change. Im glad they recommended checking those items because the fluid was really dirty! I will definitely go back for my next oil change. I would like to give a shoutout to justin whole changed all the fluids, he took the time to show me the how dirty the fluid was and explained how the trans flush works.

Took my truck here because my office moved to Chandler. I had a weekly pass for another wash by my old office. I wash my truck on the weekends and take it to a wash during the week. After one wash the tire shine was all over the side of my truck. It looked worse then when it was a little dusty. Went back the next day and the manager said it’s because they use a cheap oil based shine that doesn’t stick good to the tires. They offerd to wash it again for the exterior only but through their fast pass lane. The guy drying the car half dried it and left spots all over it. I wasn’t about to go back again and complain after I just did so avoid this place. I’ll take my business back to classic car spa.

I usually come here and use their drive thru /​exterior cleaning only service for $ 4.99. You can go in and out of this place within 10 minutes with a very clean car. If you plain on purchasing a full /​detail car wash services, there is a waiting area under the shade and it also has a donuts shop inside the gas station area. I’ve seen many people enjoying their coffee and donuts while waiting for their cars to be serviced.
My only complain about this place is the sales reps for the car wash services. Every time I roll down my window or filling up my car, someone always comes by asking me if I want to purchase their car wash coupons or their promotional packages. Although they aren’t aggressive, it certainly is annoying after a while.

PLEASE CONTROL YOUR WINDSHIELD PEOPLE! I’m not there to be harassed I’m there to get my car washed! I don’t need you telling me that my windshield repair was done poorly! WHEN IT WASN’T! We have a windshield place and we will ALWAYS honor them by going there! But honestly, he was SO RUDE to me on this Friday morning!

When I was looking for prices for leather conditioning treatments online I came across cobblestone Auto Spa. There was a banner on the website that said something about free car washes for brand new cars so I clicked it. If you have a car that is this model year or next, you get one month of full service car washes. I signed up and printed it out and brought my car in today. They did a beautiful job my car looks fantastic and everybody that I encountered was super friendly and very happy

I was a little nervous about coming here for an oil change, but was quickly reassured. The person working on my car showed me my filters and let me decide if I felt like I needed to change them. We talked about what would happen if I did or did not change them and did not pressure me one way or another.
The waiting area is amazing. There are recliners, tv’s, a play structure for kids, dunkin donuts, and an outside area with a water feature and comfortable chairs.
While I was sitting outside waiting for my car and drinking my coffee the manager came up and introduced himself and said he heard I was a first time customer so he wanted to know how my experience was so far.
They even call your name over a loud speaker to let you know when your car is ready.
The customer experience for me has been an awesome one. I will definitely be back.

Came in to wash my car and the gentleman were very helpful guiding me to the correct wash I needed. As a woman I sometimes feel uncomfortable coming into a car wash as I always feel they are always to sell me things I don’t need. Thanks cobblestone for making this a good visit will be telling my girlfriends to come to cobblestone to wash there cars.

At first glance Cobblestone Auto Spa might seem too good to be true; After all it is a full service car wash, full service oil change place, a world class convince store and a Dunkin Doughnuts all under one roof. Even more there is an indoor, air-​conditioned playground with free balloons for the kids! Yes it’s a glimpse of heaven right there on the corner at Alma School and Germann.
I have been a regular customer for a few years now and have always been satisfied with the car washes and oil changes. My most recent visit merited a special mention on Unilocal.My car refused to start after it’s wash — dead battery. When Tom the manager saw me waiting for the auto club he offered to help in any way, and sent someone from oil change over to help out. Alan, the oil change manager came over and got it started and once we got it over to the garage gave it a thorough inspection, tightened the cables and tested the battery. Fixed it. Within 10 minutes the oil was changed and my car was back on the road clean on the inside and out and purring like a kitten.

This Cobblestone location is awesome! I’ve had family in the area for a few years who only use Cobblestone for auto cleaning. My uncle uses them for much more intense cleaning on his and my aunt’s autos. He’s a fairly particular guy, so if he loves them, then my mom, brother and I will try them too. You cannot beat a $ 5 wash and thorough towel-​dry! In my hometown, it’s $ 8 for a wash with no towel-​dry [just the machine driers]. Knowing myself [meticulous for keeping my car’s exterior spotless, I’ll probably purchase the $ 15/​month unlimited plan in the near future but keep it to that since the gas is more expensive than other local options.

Be careful when you get your car washed at this location. The first time I came here, I was happy with their service. So I came back on a SATURDAY for a car wash. Everything was rush rush rush, including the way the service people talk you into
buying the next level up wash. I thought I would add
the CARPET shampoo to the wash.
SUNDAY — the car smelled so bad like stale wet clothes left in the wash.
MONDAY — the car smelled worst. I checked the carpet on driver side and in the back — IT WAS FREAKING SOAKING WET !
Went back to this location and the service person was maintaining his friendly customer service. He was emp# 1026. He tried to correct the problem.
There was another service person who came and looked at the car, but made me feel like it was my fault ?? Did you leave the windows open? Did you not removed your carpet cover?
So I thought I would call the car wash manager and complain about That UNFRIENDLY SERVICE PERSON WITH NEGATIVE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMER.
I’m glad that Al ESCALONA, the car wash manager came and took care of the problem .
I’m giving ONE STAR for the car wash and the car wash service person and 4 star to Al Escalona at the way he handled the customer complain.

Hi Jason. As I commented in my voicemail to you, an offer for a rewash was not made. I recall that conversation very clearly and that offer was not proposed hence my initial concern as documented. I do appreciate your follow up though.

I was a little wary about going here because of the negative reviews but every time I drive by this place it’s always busy, so it can’t be THAT bad, right?
I initially went in to get a transmission flush. The service is very well priced at $ 119.99, which is over $ 100 cheaper than Jiffy Lube… plus they had the car done in less than 20 minutes. The staff inside the oil and lube area was very nice and professional. I was very pleased with this service. I had a similar experience when I brought my car in for an oil change and power steering fluid change. They were professional and took the time to show me that certain things needed to be done.
When I got my transmission done I went ahead and added a diamond touch wash because my car was disgustingly filthy. They actually did a very good job in a reasonable amount of time, I must say. There were a few missed spots in the interior and I wish they did a better job cleaning the navigation screen but overall I’m really pleased.
I’m happy they did a good job because this place is literally like 1.5 miles from my house.
The location also sells shell gasoline but I don’t recommend getting it here because it’s overpriced. If you want shell gas, go 1 block east and fill up at the Arizona Ave & Germann location. It’s a good 20−30¢ cheaper usually.

I would still come after our minor issue we had here. Cobble stone fixed the problem, our car got detailed and our car is in great shape now. I still went back to get our car washed regardless of our previous bad experience. The manager was pleasant and helped me. I received complimentary car washes as well.
If something isn’t right, let managers know and they will take care of you. Communication is always a good thing. I gave them a second chance and they were exceptional!
I’ll keep coming here!
I was very satisfied on my visit today! The workers are very courteous.

Took my car in for an oil change. It has a specific spec oil and filter that I brought in myself. I was overcharged, had a coupon for $ 5 off they wouldn’t honor, «because I brought my own oil and filter in.» Wouldn’t even wash it either, even though coupon says includes full service wash and all I wanted was an express wash. This place keeps getting worse. I’ve been going there since 2003. Danielle at the register was no help either. Refused to honor coupon even though I told her I’d be letting others know about my experience on Unilocal.Get it together, Cobblestone, you used to be really good. «The customer is always wrong,» was the attitude I got from her.
Update: Jason D. Wrote to say that yes, indeed, the customer is always wrong at Cobblestone Auto Spa in Chandler.

While this place can get busy. Their express lane is a sweet deal. If you go during the week there is almost no line during the express. Even if you choose full service you can get in and out pretty quickly. Weekends are as you would expect. Pretty jammed packed so the wait time is accordingly. I’ve never had any issues with my car being damaged or not cleaned for the value of the price. For all its small little faults (which are by no means an issue) this place is 1000% better than Danny’s.
And there is a Dunkin inside to sweeten the deal!

I’ve been coming to this car wash for several years and in the past 2 or so the quality has gone way down. I pay for the $ 15.99 wash and I always have to ask the staff to come wipe bugs off the front or water spots or marks on the windshield. They do not wipe down the interior of the car anymore either. And the last time I took my car there they failed to put in the air freshener.
They do however have the charming guys who are all over you for windshield repair.
I’m disappointed as they’re so close to home but it’s just not worth the money anymore. I’d rather drive farther and have a nice clean interior and non-​spotty/​buggy exterior.
