I switched over from Allstate where I had been with agent for about 20 yrs. Loved my Allstate agent, but State Farm was able to get me a better policy with lower deductibles and better than I had with Allstate for 40+% less than what I was paying with Allstate.
Gave my Allstate an opportunity to match it, but he couldn’t come close. I have a good record with no accidents and I worked with Jennifer W. from Chris’ office. I’ve called numerous times about different things and always gotten great customer service.
I’ve been with them now for over 6 months now and my premiums did go up a little, but that happened at Allstate, too. Every 6 months my policy would go up a little though I have no accidents or claims. Not sure why that is or inflation or what.
Anyway, they are always courteous and professional when I call and they seem to have good business dealings. Happy customer.

Amazing customer service. Jeanie went above and beyond to get our car loan completed 5 days early so I didn’t have to rent a car. She drove to meet both myself the buyer and the seller to make it easy on us and quickly responded to all our questions. She was amazing!
