Nice complex is a nice part of town. It seems like about half the properties are owned, and half are rentals. Rent is on the high side, but it’s pretty worth it. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient, and the parking situation is awesome. Many apartment complex’s in the valley are choked with dead and dying cars, and it’s impossible to park after dark. This place is not like that, plenty of parking all the time, It sounds dumb that the parking situation is praise-​worthy, but it’s very nice. The neighborhood is great for evening walks.
