My first experience will be my last. The tech was polite but did not fix my issue. When I called in, I spoke to the owner, JD. Rather than discuss the issue with me he relied on the techs notes. The tech left thinking he had fixed my issue but it reoccured soon after he left. He suggested if it did reoccur I would need his services to reinstall all my software 1st a cost of $ 300. The fact that he did not fix my issue is one thing but the fact that the owner was unwilling to take another look remotely is another. I uninstalled and reinstalled Java & Chrome and resolved the issue. It seems to me the $ 99 fee is their way to look for larger repairs. Their technical skills and customer service skills are lacking.
