Extremely happy with Chandler Auto Body! If/​when you need repairs, this is the place you should go! My 2002 Avalanche had suffered sun damage to two of the doors and front fender and they did a remarkable job matching he paint. They even took care of the pin stripping at no extra charge. The vehicle was clean inside and out, including the tires and rims. It’s the little things that count and they went over the top. The price was very competitive and their communication was excellent. Overall, a world class customer experience. When I need repairs in the future, they will be my first, and only choice.

Got into a horrible accident, took car here, they did great work, friendly and honest as far as I am concerned. Didn’t have to worry about a thing, except the deductible of course-​lol!!! I would certainly recommend them. I am a stickler for customer service and trust me this company gave A+++ service to me. Thanks again Andy.

Went in to chandler auto on short notice to get a new headlight installed WOW! What great service!!! Changed my lens and washed the car in a few hours!!! Highly recommended!!!

First off I must say that my experience with chandler auto body was pleasant from the time the telephone was answered when I was inquiring about my door handle being replaced on my 2012 kia, I was advised to bring my automobile down first thing Monday morning, I was greeted by the general manager Addison Gamo, super nice guy, he advised me that Kia upgraded there handles cuz they were known for breaking, so at that time I was gave some options to switch the whole thing out or let his professionals shave alittle of the new part and it would be most cost effective, I took his advise and boy did he deliver got a call 2 hours later to pick up the truck not only did it work correct he even detailed the truck!!!

I used Chandler Auto Body to install some billet grills into my wife’s Infinity G37 about 5 years ago, and they did a fine job at a fair price. Zoom ahead to December 2015, and the wife hits a large tire gator in the road, which loosened up the right lower grill. Chandler looked at it, took it right in without an appointment, fixed it in less than an hour, then refused to take any payment from me no matter how I pleaded. I don’t know more than a handful of businesses that would so customer friendly. 5 stars from me!

I scheduled over email to get a piece of replacement trim matched and painted after I had damaged the original on a road trip. I was able to drop everything off in the morning and everything was done by evening. Piece looks flawless. Staff was helpful and courteous!

Wow… I am absolutely shocked to see a couple 1 star ratings. I have used Chandler Auto Body on several different occasions and have ALWAYS found them, specifically Rick, to be not only professional but EXTREMELY helpful. I found him to have the highest of integrity. He goes above and beyond what a reasonable person would expect. In my case spending countless hours dealing with the other guys insurance company. My truck looked remarkable! I can’t thank him enough for taking the time to help me with the stubborn insurance company.
I guess for all of you who take note of other 1 star ratings my only advice is to always remember there is always 2 sides to a story. I can’t imagine a business around very long if parts are flying off causing vehicle collisions.

I recently brought my car into this shop to get a shield and fender liner replaced, because the parts busted off my car while driving on the freeway the day before. The only reason I went to Chandler Auto Body was because Subaru had a 5-​day wait time for getting my car in, and this place had openings. As a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, I picked up my car about 6 hours after dropping it off, and within 10 miles of driving my «fixed» car, the SAME EXACT PARTS — the shield and fender liner — broke off my car and started dragging on the ground while driving on the freeway, almost causing an accident. I pulled over immediately and saw that the fender liner was stuck under my tire, so I backed up and pulled it out from under my car, and realized there were NO NUTS & BOLTS holding the fender liner in place! The shield was also dragging on the ground as only half of the bolts were attached! I called Chandler Auto Body asking if they could come meet me where I was stranded on the freeway or send me a free tow truck, but they REFUSED! They said I have to drive it to their shop in order to get a repair, and they promised to get it done for FREE. I told them my car was not drivable but they didn’t care!
So, I had my husband meet me to temporarily put the part in place before I drove back to the shop. Upon arriving back to the shop, the owner didn’t even bother to look at the damage and quickly said that he won’t be able to fix my car, because it’s not their fault it fell apart and he trusts that his guys put all of the bolts in. But then, he says that he was NOT in the shop during the hours my car parts were installed. This is AFTER he told me on the phone that if I came back, you would fix it for FREE!!! Then we asked him if he still trusts his guys after showing him the busted parts, and he said YES and he will NOT be firing the guys who made this mistake. If you take your car to this place, be certain that you’ll end up in a bind like I was because he doesn’t hire experienced professionals! Instead, he wrote us a refund check and told us that it’s not his problem, thinking he would get away with poor customer service! He does not care if you get into an accident, your safety is NOT his concern.
If you want excellent service go to the Subaru Dealership on Gilbert Rd & Pecos! Dealerships might charge a few extra bucks but they use NEW (not OEM parts) and don’t make these mistakes! Customer service at Subaru has always been amazing — Mike the service manager is the best guy in the area who has fixed minor issues free of charge or only for the cost of nuts & bolts (only $ 7) on a few occasions. It definitely was worth it to wait another week to go back to my trusted Subaru mechanics after this mess!!!

400 miles from home and needed a temporary body repair made so the car would be safe to drive home the next morning. It was late in the day and they immediately got the car in and made only the necessary repair so the car was safe to drive. Exceptional good, very fair and friendly service. Hope I can find an equally good body shop back home to make the repair permanently.

Had to bring in my car after my car was hit. Rick and his staff handled all the communication with the insurance company, kept me up to date every step of the way and as a bonus, got me a great deal on new brakes.

I was involved in a collision with some road debri and based on the feedback I decided to try Chandler Auto Body. The insurance adjuster went back and forth with them and when it was all said and done, I decided to take my vehicle else were. When I called they were upset with this and wanted to charge me $ 50 a day storage fees when it took them 5 days to do an estimate? I asked for some help to remove the storage fees but they wouldn’t.
I paid to have them put the parts back on that they removed for an estimate and when I picked up the vehicle my bumper wasn’t even connected on one side …
Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend this shop or take my vehicle back here again.

I’ve come here twice now. First time the car was totaled, so I couldn’t really rate their work. This time it was a «fender-​bender», so I can. We have the car back already, and they seemed to have done a good job. It was really very minor, but in repairing the rear bumper they had to remove it and so also were able to verify that the structure underneath was not damaged.
I came here because my insurance prefers them, but I would come here anyway. The only other shop I’ve found that I like is T&S, who also do a great job. Chandler is a bit closer to us, though, and as good as T&S.

I’ve brought my car in twice due to accidents. I was recommended the 1^st time by Metlife, and used them again. I was completely Satisfied with not only how everything was dealt with but they made it also easier to work with Enterprise right next door. The service and repair are both top notch and would recommend this place anytime

getting your car repaired after an accident is a daunting task. SOOO many variables and little pieces parts to consider. These guys took care of ALLL of them and then some. Some of the parts that came in (used) were not up to their standards — so they ordered new instead. My car is PERFECT — with as bad as the front end was mangled, I didn’t know if it would ever truly be «right». Chandler Auto Body did a fantastic job. It took a little longer than I hoped, but the job was done right and done incredibly well. Thank you Rick, Addison, and all the workers that had a hand in getting my baby back to me in perfect shape. I cannot recommend you guys highly enough. THANK YOU!!!

I had the grill on my Nitro replaced at Chandler Auto Body this week. From our first visit to the shop, we received very professional and courteous service from Addison. Found him to be upfront, honest, friendly and professional. He went through the options available to us, allowing us to choose the one best suited to us at this time. The grill had to come out of Detroit and was here in a timely fashion. It was replaced promptly, it looked great, they even took the vehicle out for a car wash.
I would absolutely recommend anyone to take their vehicle to Chandler Auto Body based on my experience.

I am totally AMAZED and SATISFIED with the service provided by Chandler Auto, not only the quality of workmanship but also the quality of their customer service. This is not a chain, but rather a small local business that truly understands what customers need.
I must especially mention Addison Gamo, the General Mgr, who kept in touch with me throughout the process and ensured that all my needs and questions were taken care of. He is so professional, prompt, and courteous that it was a pleasure doing business with him.
Another plus: Chandler Auto Body sent me text messages to keep me informed of the progress and anticipated finish time. These were very helpful as it took several days for the work to be completed.
The auto body work itself is superior. My car is a 7 year old black Passat and they matched the color perfectly. Before I picked it up, they detailed it beautifully INSIDE as well as out. My car looked and smelled like out of a showroom!
Getting such great work and service took the sting out of the situation (having my car hit and damaged). I highly recommend Chandler Auto to anyone who needs body work. You’ll really appreciate the personal service and quality workmanship they offer.

I had taken my Mazda 3 there for repair on my left tail light and bumper. They did a great job on the car. Addison and Rick were so amazing and so friendly.
When I got my car back, the bumper was still sticking out a tad bit and there were dings on the passenger door that had been overlooked. Addison was extremely apologetic and told me to bring it back in on whatever day works for me and he would get me a rental and everything. So it was a little bit of a hiccup but wasn’t a big deal at all.
My insurance had overlooked the rental coverage that we had added and it wouldn’t cover my accident so the guys here told me they would lower my deductible so I wouldn’t spend any money out of pocket. Also, my horn stopped working the previous weekend, they looked at it and fixed it for me and all they charged me was the cost of the part from Mazda. Such an amazing place and such an amazing staff. You call up and they know exactly who you are and they are on top of things.
Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I do, I will be taking my car there!!!

Chandler Auto Body is a great place to take your car for body work. They are honest and professional. They got the job done quickly and the quality of the work is fantastic. They sanded my headlights for free (usually $ 80) to remove the cloudiness. My car looks new again and I am so thankful to have found the right place to take my car back to in the future and to recommend to my friend and family.
