We do inspections for residential and commercial building owners. Buyers, sellers, first time home owners are our specialty. We will travel the entire valley of the metro Phoenix and Scottsdale area. We offer a 200% satisfaction guarantee, a 100-​day inspection coverage for mechanical and structural issues, and many other extras. Our reports are delivered 24 hours or less and they include a summary document for quick issue identification and we provide a full photo journal, to see all that we provide as a service to our customers.

History

Established in 2013.

As of mid 2014 we have completed over 90 inspections for clients. Cactus Coastie Home Inspection, LLC is a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and we are member of the local central Arizona ASHI chapter.

Meet the Manager

David W.

Manager

David is a native of Phoenix Arizona and was raised in Tempe, Arizona. In 1984 to 1986 David lived in Roswell, New Mexico to attend New Mexico Military Institute. In 1988 David decided to join the military and enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard. He served on active duty for just over 20 years. After leaving the service he eventually moved his wife and kids back to Arizona. Then in 2013 David decided to pursue a new career in entrepreneurship as a home inspector. To be unique and memorable he opted to name his business Cactus Coastie Home Inspection, LLC.
