This man is a genius when it comes to carpets and tile cleaning! He quickly took out bad spots and gave us pointers about keeping it clean ourselves: what to do and what not to do. Also what products and machines to use. He is understandably busy so call far ahead. We won’t use anyone else.

It’s very unusual to have a five-​star rating from almost every reviewer, but Bradley Carpet Cleaning does and deserves it. Brian did a fantastic job. Our furniture and carpeting look brand new. He’s hard-​working, meticulous, and takes pride in what he does. In addition, he’s extremely reasonable and stands by his estimate. He’s totally honest and doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t need. I would comfortably recommend him to anyone. He’s just a super guy. His wife sets up the appointments and she’s very nice too!

I am so happy to report that the reviews are true! I was looking for a quality carpet cleaning company and this is it. Brian was very friendly, explained everything to me and did an amazing job. It had been a couple years since the carpet had been cleaned and we have a dog that helped make it a bit dirtier. When Brian pulled out the black light I was scared of what was hiding. But it definitely let him know where the problem areas were so he could attack them. Just to top things off, Brian called me after leaving the house to let me know he found a ring in his cleaner. He came back that afternoon to return it to me. I didn’t even know it was missing! I am so grateful to him for being so honest. Professionalism and top quality… what more could you ask for? I will definitely call them again.

I found BCC through Unilocal — and so glad that I did! Brian was on time, super friendly and did a great job. He took the time to explain his process, gave me the run down on prices and even helped to move a dresser out in order to get the job done better. He did such a great job on our 3 bedrooms and even cleaned the baseboards! We have a small dog and opted for the pet urine cleaner which cost more — Brian made sure to use only as much as he felt was needed to do the job well which also helped me with the final cost. He offered tips on product to use on our own until the next carpet cleaning. I am amazed at how clean the carpets are now and will surely use BCC for all carpet cleaning in the future.

It is good when all the reviews are true! Brian was amazing, took his time to explain the process in detail and the carpets were incredibly clean. We have two large dogs and they love to play, we tend to get the carpets cleaned 3 times a year, I think with how great of a job Brian did we will drop that down to once or twice, he did an incredible job. It has been almost a week since the work was done and the carpet looks like he was just there, it is incredible. There are still plenty of places where you can see the lines from the cleaning equipment where it pushed the carpet a different direction. The look of the carpets just being swept, I am impressed.

Can’t say enough great things about Brian and his company. You don’t meet a lot of people who are passionate about their work but Brian is. I found Bradley Carpet Cleaning on Unilocal and after reading the reviews I figure why not? If it didn’t work out I can always go down the list of cleaners should this company not do a good job but Brian exceeded my expectations. In AZ you don’t find a lot of companies that give great service. They all seem to just give OK service. Brian is the exception. I hope he never retires.

I haven’t had my carpet cleaned since I moved into my house and it was as dark as it can be. But after Brian did his round of cleaning, the carpets look so much more fresher and almost new. It was an awesome experience working with him and his attention to detail is meticulous. The price he quoted was more than reasonable and over I can say it was a pretty good experience.

I have to say Brian was the most fun and interesting person to work with. His knowledge and attention to detail is amazing! We lived in a rental for 3 ½ years that was not in great shape when we moved into it. We tried to do our best to take care of it, but there were many stains on that carpet prior to us living in the house. He got most of them out! We couldn’t be happier. The clowns at the management company are going to have to look long and hard to find reasons to keep our deposit.
It was easy to book the appointment and my husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed talking with Brian. I almost regret that we moved into a house with very little carpet because I would absolutely work with Brian again, no question. Thanks so much!

Found this company on Unilocal and I had NEVER had my carpets cleaned before so I took a chance. He was right on time (to the minute). He explained the whole process, measured my cleaning areas and gave me the exact cost. He vacuumed, inspected and explained everything. I am very happy with the quality of service and also the cost of the service.

I’ll be honest, our carpets looked awful! Embarassingly awful. They are 7-​ish years old, much of which were during my (now) husband’s bachelor days… it’s safe to say they were never professionally cleaned previously. We thought they were beyond the point of recovery and looked into getting new carpets installed but it’s SO expensive! We decided to try a professional carpet cleaning instead, really only hoping to revive them enough to buy us some time. I went with Bradley Carpet Cleaning based on reviews/​etc and I couldn’t be more happy with the decision! I’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past and this place is seriously night and day different! Brian was incredibly thorough and professional, blacklighting the carpets, checking for odors (yes, he literally gets down on hands/​knees and sniffs around), etc. He was honest in his explanations and opinions of what our carpets needed, I never once felt like he was trying to «upsell». Here is the best part– at one point, he stopped and came to ask if we wanted to see the dramatic difference side by side (which was cool all in itself but also shows how much pride he takes in his work, he wasn’t just trying to get out of here as quickly as possible to move onto the next house)… no joke, there were 10 shades between clean vs dirty! I’m still amazed. He breathed new life into our carpets and they look brand new! Carpet cleaning 1x year is way more affordable than new carpets!!! I’m so thankful for finding them and wanted to share my experience to hopefully help others in a similar situation!

Getting excited about having my carpets cleaned is not really on my «to do» list, but Brian changes all that when he walks through the door. Each time Brian comes to clean the carpets he comes with the same amount of vigor to get my carpet looking its best. We have three dogs, one paralyzed below the waist, and two teens (and all their friends!) at home. Our carpets take a beating! I have been extremely pleased with the outcome. Soft and super clean, not crunchy and stiff and chemical smelling. The last time I was expecting company and called short notice. He came on his day off to accommodate my needs. His friendliness, professionalism, quality work, and prices make me a loyal customer. Highly recommend! He also accepts credit cards…:)

I highly recommend! I’ve used Bradley Carpet Cleaning for 3+ years for both my rental home and my personal home. Brian is excellent. He is very professional, courteous, respectful and always on time. His product and service are second to none. And his prices are absolutely competitive. The only downside? He is very busy so sometimes you may have to schedule a week in advance. But that’s a good thing and it shows how great his service is. I will continue using Bradley Carpet Cleaning and high recommend them!

I had my carpets cleaned 2 weeks ago. Brian is a nice guy who took his time in examining my carpets including getting on his hands and knees to sniff the doggie potty spots. He ended up recommending the deep pet stain removal on one spot and the basic spot remover on the others. He did a great job, my carpets look new and no pet stains! The price is well worth the end result even though it took almost 2 days for my carpets to completely dry before I could walk on them.

Been awhile since we had our carpets cleaned. Didn’t think they were that bad, but wanted them cleaned before new baby arrives. We were pleasantly amazed at the difference. We didn’t have the whole house done, just the high traffic areas, but now you can really see how clean the previously dirty areas are compared to the areas we thought didn’t need cleaning. We will be calling Brian back to do the last room soon!
We’d also like to note Brian’s excellent customer service. He answered all our questions thoroughly. & when he got to work, he was very efficient in how he went throughout the house.

Brian has cleaned our carpets several times and always does a great job! He goes above and beyond to make sure any stains and smells are out. Our carpets and floors always look fantastic after getting them cleaned. He will literally get on his hands and knees to see where an odor is coming from as I just hang my head in shame for not knowing.
He keeps you informed about his process as well as anything that you can expect (that the wool rug will stink for a few days). He also says he will come out and clean any areas again if a stain shows up after treatment, but we have never had to take him up on this because it is done perfectly the first time.
