Told me my tie ends were breaking and needed replaced, Stopped by a friend’s house, and he happened to have his ramps out, so drove the car up and checked them out– no cracks. Only let them touch your tires.

When I brought my car in the first time, they replaced both my back shocks, did an alignment and replaced all 4 tires. It took them 3 ½ hours longer than they said it would. After I drove it for a day or two, my car would bounce all over the road and would follow the grooves in the road(which was pretty scary). I called and they told me I needed to bring it back so they could warranty out the shocks(they were bad). I waited a few days because they needed to order the shocks from a wear house… It took them 5 days. When I finally brought it back, another guy told me all I needed to do was let some of the tire pressure out. That’s why the car was following the grooves in the road. Ever since I got that alignment, I can hear my car make a noise as if parts are rubbing together on the wheel. When they did the work in December, they have me 2 free oil changes. I used one about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they quoted me 2 hours. I came back after 2 ½ hours and my car wasn’t done. The guy who was working the front said«oh it shouldn’t be much longer, your car is up on the rack» I told him my car was still in the parking lot. It took an extra hour and a half. I was driving my car on Thursday of last week and the light came on that my car was overheating. I added some water and it NEVER came back on. I brought my car into Big Two Toyota today and they said my alignment was off. I have the paperwork and Had to take it in today. I chose to take it there because they have alway been efficient. I also had to go into work late to get this problem fixed. They give me piece of mind. Also, why would I take it back to Big O when all they have done is make me wait extra long to get work done and it hasn’t been right yet. Make sure you tell them the reason I didn’t bring it into them is because my car started to overheat and I didn’t want to bring it to them because they didn’t do their job the first time and that’s when they found out the alignment was off Also, my AC atually gets cold now. It wasn’t getting cold after they changed my oil. They were supposed to replace all fluids The alignment should last 10,000−15,000 miles and I have not hit and curbs or anything to throw it off
