I began my carreer in the mortgage lending industry in Phoenix, Arizona in 2003. In early 2007, I co-​founded, owned, and operated MyCityLender, an Arizona based Mortgage Banker employing up to 45 employees in Arizona and California. I have an extensive background in every aspect of the mortgage lending process. I implemented and maintained all loan origination, CRM, operations, and compliance systems for the company. I also developed and implemented all HR, Origination, and Compliance policies and procedures during my tenure as CEO and President, all the while recruiting and training licensed loan originators and managers, as well as originating loans and working with Realtors and potential customers.

In August of 2013, we decided to merge our company with San Francisco, California based Bay Equity LLC in order to better position our group for growth and sustainability in our primary marketplace.
