Alante at the Islands

I love this property and it’s location. the staff is super helpful and friendly, and they have recently did a lot of awesome upgrades including their clubhouse and fitness room. It is a garden style community with ample parking and lots of shady areas. Decent rates for everything you get for being a resident here, and the perfect Chandler location, making you close to everything.

I relocated here from the mid west about 2 months ago. After a tumultuous move I’m happy to say I think I’m finally home. My first visit I was greeted by Tara who was very friendly and informative. I soon met Lauren and who was equally so. They convinced me that it was a community I would love to call home. Upon signing my lease and inspecting my apt. I had a short list of repairs. I came from the privacy of a house and wasn’t completely comfortable with maintenance entering when I wasn’t home. Tara assured me of background checks, so I took a leap of faith. My concerns were soon put to rest. I’ve since met Mike and some other maintenance who were very nice and thoughtful. They rapidly did repairs and left work order receipts. I had an issue with my moving truck being accommodated on the property after 2 weeks of transit. I then met Stacy and after stressing what to do, the office came to my rescue and helped me make it work. In addition, I seemed to keep finding little things that needed attention and was continually giving Tara and Lauren work orders. I thought soon I’d be thought a problem tenant. They both were always reassuring, that’s what they’re there for. Not only do they talk the talk, they walk the walk. My one bedroom apartment is very cute. With an open concept, 2 patio doors and large windows, its light and cheerful. My neighbors are very nice and welcoming. The property is very well maintained and I’ve noticed that they quickly repair issues inside and out. I love that the property is conscientious about upkeep. In 2 months I’m finally settling in and feel like this could be home for a long time. I can tell you I couldn’t ask for a nicer staff. Always a friendly greeting and genuine. Now I just pray they all stay as long as I do, lol. This is a great team and truly show they care. I would recommend this property to anyone. I’ll Unilocal back in a year… I’m hopeful that it only feels more like home.

I have lived at Alante for only a month but let me say beware. Everything about this place is a joke. The hot tubs don’t work, the locks on the main pool gates are broken, the light posts on the the grounds are broken and tipping over. We were told before moving in they kept the main pool heated during the winter which is a lie, they keep none heated and since like I said earlier the hot tubs don’t work you are out of luck. The gym is a joke they have a few cardio machine and thats it. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and god forbid your neighbor do their laundry at 2AM or anytime. The staff seems to be totally unaware of anything going on. Just beware this place is the worst.

I lived here for 6 months between home purchases. The people in the office were very nice and accommodating. Location is great. Pet friendly and nice amenities.
