We specialize in small business tax strategy. We work with our clients to come up with a custom plan that works for their company and covers what their accounting needs are. We have a wide range of services including bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, personal income tax, and business tax preparation. Individual tax prep is something we provide whether or not someone has a business. A large part of our tax return clients are just individual clients. Our office is also certified with QuickBooks and often hold classes or help in the set up of our clients files.

History

Established in 2011.

We started in early 2011 in Arizona after moving from Missouri. In Missouri we had tax return clients but it was not our full time careers. In the beginning we were meeting in local coffee shops and driving all over the valley to try and accommodate our clients. In April 2011 we signed a lease on our downtown location in Gilbert, AZ. Jessica started the business and in 2013 Adam joined her.

In September of 2015 we knew it was time to move our location. Our business was growing and we were needing more room. So we found the perfection location in Chandler, AZ. We are only a few miles from old Gilbert location. We can now centrally serve clients from all over the valley including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Queen Creek, and Phoenix.

Business Owner

Jessica has been in the accounting industry for 13 plus years. She has always loved numbers and in fact her high school ran out of math classes for her to take. She graduated from Missouri State in West Plains, MO. When she first moved to Arizona she began to realize how much people were paying for tax preparation and was not happy. Taxes should be an empowering experience not one that leaves the client frustrated. She began to develop ideas to where she could help small businesses and individuals get their accounting needs met without robbing the bank to do so. Some people put off their accountant because they are afraid of how much a single phone call might cost them. She has a very open relationship with her clients and enjoys meeting their tax needs. She is an expert in small business tax and accounting. She also prepares individual returns like the 1040, partnership returns like the 1065, trust returns like the 1041, and corporate returns like the 1120.
