Lance Whipple moved his Real Estate License to EXIT Realty Champions in October of 2013 to better support the International nature of Real Estate transactions in the residential, vacation and retirement communities surrounding Walt Disney World.

Bringing extensive knowledge of business, marketing and real estate to his position as an accomplished professional and respected REALTOR®, Lance offers his clients an outstanding level of service. His formal business education and training in the United States Air Force, in harmony with experience living around the Nation and overseas, and dealing with diverse cultures allows Lance to excel at every level of the international real estate transaction.

Prior to earning his real estate license, and after retiring from the Air Force as a Lieutenant Colonel with duties ranging from Spanish linguist to unit commander, Lance moved his family to Orlando and quickly fell in love with the Florida lifestyle and growing International nature of real estate in Central Florida.

Known by clients and colleagues alike for his tech savvy approach to building a modern real estate practice, Lance’s clients benefit from his honesty and research skills.
