I was never offered anything, there was no issue with settling. I was insulted, called names, and treated rudely when I called to have the seam repaired. I stand by my truthful review. Bad business practices have dogged this company for years, read the reviews. The Better Business Bureau has been notified of this fraudulent company, and they are handling it from here. Mr Falls, may God help you, you are a liar.

If you ever got work in Britney trails, Bloomington or Mahomet you would know those type of clients do exist.
I find it fascinating that at the beginning of your rebuttal, you claim you showed me pictures of slabs at the supplier because you couldn’t sell me the ones at your place as they were already sold. And you admit to stating I needed to give you half (8g) to see the slabs… but by the end of the story I didn’t really exist. Don’t be sour that I went with Katie at pyramid granite in effingham :) and I suggest others do the same.

Luther Falls did a great job on my kitchen. They are reasonable, prompt and great customer service. I would recommend them. I had a question and Luther came right out and answered it for me. I enjoy working with local businesses who have pride in their work.

I have personal experience with this company. One of the worst experiences of my life. Once you pay the company for services, they refuse your calls and ignore your requests. They are dishonest. They yell and swear at customers. They may switch products on you. In my opinion, this company needs to be shut down. I encourage all prospective customers to read the reviews on Unilocal and Google and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I do not find the 5 star reviews of this company to be credible. It is not possible. I believe these ‘spectacular’ reviews are being made by employees of the company.
