Targeted Knotwork for Muscular Pain Debugging is my own blend of modalities. With an ultimate aim of preventing musculoskeletal pain and improving function by balancing the tensional elements in the body’s musculoskeletal system (the myofasciae), a variety of techniques (including direct myofascial release, frictioning, positional release, trigger point work, and cupping) are used to lengthen, loosen and unstick stiff and painful areas of the body.
If you are interested in massage for stress management and preventive wellness, techniques from the many ethnic styles I have studied give my full-body massage and short wellness breaks a very unique flavor.
