if only there is ZERO star.
I called to schedule a cab telling them to arrive at 3:30am so that I would have plenty of time catching Illini shuttle at Armory at 3:45am. I also emphasized that Illini shuttle won’t wait a single minute longer therefore be ON TIME.
the taxi never came and they said the taxi would come in 15 minutes at 3:40am.
NEVER count on them.
