Jason A. Barickman joined Meyer Capel as a Principal in June of 2012. Jason’s practice focuses on real estate, including acquisitions, sales, and developments of office buildings, multi-​family residential properties, industrial sites, and other residential and commercial properties. He has regularly represented clients in a variety of leasing transactions, build-​to-​suit arrangements and sale-​leasebacks. Additionally, Mr. Barickman has assisted numerous clients through the complexities of the regulatory process, including the resolution of zoning and eminent domain issues. His representation includes property owners, businesses, developers, operators, contractors, and architects throughout North America in connection with residential, commercial, industrial, and other real estate projects. Jason also practices corporate law, regularly assisting clients when their business plans intersect with governmental and regulatory agencies.
