Worst Wing Factory location I’ve ever visited. Shoddy service, dirty and dingy interior and forget about getting a to-go order right. Dropped fifty bucks for a to-go order for my friends and me and it was abysmal. Everything was cold, soaked in cold grease and the wings tasted more like they were baked at a Papa John’s than fried at a wing joint. I won’t be ordering from here again and wouldn’t recommend this Wing Factory location to anyone else despite other Wing Factory spots being absolutely stellar.

Went for lunch today, had the fried pickles and wings for me and kids. Original, hot garlic and Parmesan. All were real good. Would go again for sure. Ticket time at lunch was under 20 min which was great I recommend this place for wings!

I literally signed up on Unilocal just to leave this review. I wish I could say that was a good thing. I love a juicy burger covered in cheese and bacon. Pretty simple right? I’ve order the burger the same way 3 different times at this location. Standard burger with Cheddar, american, and Swiss cheeses topped with bacon and ranch tots for the side. The tots are always great, never a complaint there. The first time they forgot the bacon and it was delivery. The second time the put provolone on it, delivery again. The third time the put lettuce tomato and onions on it. I picked them off and let it be. This time, I said I wanted it done right so I came up here and sat at the bar. It is a fun environment I must say. This time the burger had the right cheeses and bacon with nothing else. Just how I wanted it! I thought I was about to be in heaven. Then I took a bite. The burger patty itself was way too over cooked. I asked for medium, I got charred. I won’t be coming back. I’ve given up on this place. I need to figure out how to add a picture.

Let me start this review off with my pros Pros: Fast Delivery 6 Lemon Pepper Wings were a good size and lemon pepper was just right. Not overly salty and cooked crispy. Ranch dressing that came with it was super tasty. Fried Cheesecake– This was different. Basically I was curious so I ordered it. It is cheesecake filling deep fried in a won ton wrapper and served with a Raspberry sauce on the side. Very different but I liked it. Cons: 6 Lemon Pepper Wings cost $ 6.59. That’s basically $ 1.10 per wing. I have never ate a wing that expensive. I might could see that if these were whole wings but they are just the standard wing dings. Too expensive. It came with a couple slices of carrots and celery and a cup of ranch dressing. Please re-think your prices or throw something in like fries for this meal. Fried Cheesecake. Loved it but again too expensive. $ 4.99. If anything it should have been $ 2.49 at the most. I don’t like expressing negativity in reviews but for a total of $ 13.39 which I’m assuming included a delivery fee I was expecting more.

Well I don’t write reviews often. But you gonna make me go to church next week. Ordered 8 wings at 7:45. Got em at 9:45. 8 wings:2 hours. Though cold, they tasted alright after I microwaved them. Was told there were 5 deliveries in the car after mine – can’t imagine how cold those were. «ICECOLD”-Andre 3000 Probably will only eat in the restaurant from now on.

This is my first ever Unilocal review, and I’m only posting this because of how terrible every delivery experience has been from this location. First, I want to say Wing Factory has great wings. I have no issue with their food but their delivery and order process is a complete joke. You call in, someone answers the phone and then puts you on hold. 5 minutes later they will pick up and start to take your order and but then put you on hold again. Then another 5 minutes later someone else will pick up and ask for your order again, then ask you to hold again. Everyone you are speaking to is rude and annoyed to have to do their job. Once you finally place an order there is a 50⁄50 chance it will actually arrive. If it does arrive there’s even worse odds that your order is correct. On two occasions they flat out just didn’t enter my order while I waited an hour on wings that were never coming. And don’t expect an apology or any attempt to make up for their mistake, they just do not care. I have worked in the restaurant industry and I know what is acceptable service and I am pretty understanding when a mistake is made. But Wing Factory consistency fails on delivery orders. I actually urge you to make a delivery order just to see for yourself how bad it is. I love your wings but I’m done with you guys. If a representative from Wing Factory sees this, I’m not looking for an apology or a coupon. Just improve your business because your service sucks.

My husband and I ordered from this restaurant lastnight. We were so excited when we realized that they deliver. The food was good and reasonably priced. Again the delivery was a plus since the time was getting late. The meal arrived promptly and the delivery person was very pleasant. We definitely recommend it and plan to order again!

This is my local go to spot for wings. The wings are always tasty and it’s also a quaint, not so crowded spot to watch the game.

Sigh!!! So, my sister told me how good this place was, and I agreed to try it. We ordered lemon pepper wings, bbq wings and chicken tenders. The tenders were over fried, and were so hard and had little to no seasoning. The lemon pepper wings were below mediocre, and the bbq wings barely had any bbq sauce on them. In an effort to feel like we didn’t waste over twenty bucks, I had to go home and make a bbq sauce and just resauce the wings and tenders to give them a better flavor. Oh, I forgot, we order fries… Thumbs down on those as well. I’m so not impressed!!!

OMG the mac and cheese from this place puts all the other mac and cheeses to shame! It’s so perfect! from the texture, to the taste. when you stick your fork in there, a string of melted cheese will stretch from the bowl to your face without breaking once! I have to have it with anything I order from here. it’s a MUST! I usually order their lemon pepper with extra blue cheese and you will need that extra blue cheese because it’s kinda sour. it’s more like lemon wings with pepper lol but oh well, it is LEMON pepper. I will always come here for lunch during work. Even though lunch hour on PIB is the worse, the yummy food here is def. worth the traffic and wait.

We’ve ordered from Wing Factory many times but we’re extremely disappointed with our last order. Both of our burgers were burnt beyond being able to eat.

What a shame! Had dinner with the girlfriend yesterday and given so many positive things I have heard said, it just didn’t live up. The overall appearance of the restaurant was kind of run down and don’t kid yourself, it’s a dive. There was dirt, hair and a used Band-Aid on our booth(the first red flag). We ordered ½ nachos and split 12 wings. The nachos were bland and lacking any flavor or substance. Basically, chips with a little lettuce and jalapenos. The wings were good, but again, nothing to write how about. I am sure there are better wings in Atlanta, I just have to find them. Sadly, the Wing Factory’s other locations won’t be on our journey.

I love the wing factory. Service — On their toes anytime I’ve eaten in. They also deliver up to 5 miles away :) Atmosphere — It has way more of a hometown bar atmosphere than some corporate Wild Wings. Old memorabilia on the walls, old school video game machines etc. They also have trivia but I can’t remember the night. Food — the wings, the appetizers … everything i’ve eaten here has been on point! Watch out though, portions are huge. Boneless wings are like the size of chicken tenders and the fryzilla should not be conquered by just one person!!! Also plenty of sauces to choose from. I’ll keep going back.

It’s been a while I have visited this place. This is a nice little place tucked in a small non-descript strip mall. This place is best for its wings! Duh! The rest of the menu is good but the wings are the highlight.

Maybe a 2.5*, but I’m feeling nice so I’ll round up to 3*. The club is about a 3, per dad’s report, primarily because their is lots of meat. Not exceptional in the annals of club sandwich-dom, but solid when you’re hungry. I had the Roswell Rd salad, with grilled chicken. My vote here is definitely a 2 — the lettuce was not really«fresh greens» rather mostly iceberg/romaine and just barely fresh. The chicken seasing flavor was paprika(or such?) like rather than more simply grilled. A little off for me. For the price, just under $ 9, not worth a dollar ish savings over Zaxby’s much better one. Close and easy, decent prices, but overall meh-and-a-half.

This place is located in a small parking lot and has two entrances, one for the bar and one for the main seatin area. It is relatively small for a wings place but surprisingly has a plethora of tvs all around the restaurant so you can watch many different things at once, mainly sporting events. The restaurant is pretty simple with its menu featuring wings but has other items such as sandwiches and salads. I decided to get a dozen wings and get 2 flavors. There is a 50 cent extra charge for each extra flavor you order no matter how many wings you get which is disappointing. I went with the original hot and spicy sweet and sour. I also ordered some chili cheese fries so I had something else to munch on along with the wings. My food came out within a few minutes and my server refilled my water once by then. The hot wings had a nice sauce on them but I wasn’t too impressed with the spicy sweet and sour. The chili cheese friese were on point because they use real housemade queso instead of that nacho cheese like most places. The restaurant is nice if you want to go watch a game and grab wings without the chaos of a larger sports bar. The food is decent but a little overpriced as I paid over 20 dollars for 12 wings and fries which normally would be about 10 to 15 dollars at other similar restaurants.

This place was awesome! I started by ordering the Tato’Chips. Although they were enjoyable, they could’ve used more salt. I then ordered 18 Bone-In Wings, half had Inferno Sauce, the other Habenero… And Whoa. I think I’ve met my match. Super Hot, delicious and amazing nonetheless. The Ranch was godlike. Best Ranch I’ve tasted hands down. Also, the waitress gave me a free meal because I was in uniform, best military discount ever! I will most definitely return here and recommend this place to anyone.

By far my choice to go to get wings(over Zaxby’a and that is almost a crime in the South). Their prices are GREAT, you get a whopping three whole selection offerings of daring to classic to fusion sauces. The service is pretty good but I would avoid Thursday night to get away from the Trivia night crowd. I’m not a big fan of their burgers but I find them tolerable. You can sub fries for tots and they come with a small selection of flavors like cheese spread on top or lemon pepper. You can also get a Fryzilla or a Totzilla(ill leave this one for your surprise). The draft and bottle beer is great and occasionally they will have a great deal on bottled beer buckets. I always catch Sunday football games here while enjoying dinner.

We had the lemon pepper wings. 18 were plenty for me and wifey. They also had $ 2 beers. The Session Black in bottles was great for $ 2. They have a fairly decent selection of whiskers too. Try the Templeton Rye.
