Global Collision Center

I went to Global Collision Center because it is one of BMW body repair work so I expected higher standard. It takes a week to get an appointment with them. The Insurance appraiser estimate it would take one week to repair. The insurance approved for one week of car rental. I understand that the shop may have found the additional damages and have to get the pre-​authorization from the insurance company to do the work. The customer is caught between the communication battle. Once the job is done, the quality was poor they have to re buff the car to get out the imperfection from poor sanding. I would not recommend this place to anyone due to quality of work and the time that it took (3 weeks).

While my service manager, Allison, was nice and very responsive, and the online tracking system was helpful, the work quality was poor. Mismatched paint. Work not completed properly. No concern over the impact of damage to the motor. I do NOT recommend using this service.

Recently there was a little accident, I was in shock after and cried the whole day. I was not hurt but my car was. The bumper was badly damaged.
Called Global Collision Center 800 number and the lady asked me to drop the car off as soon as I can. The following day I drove to Global Collision and Brian Nichols (service advisor) took a look at my car. He told me they could not take in any car at the moment, but I told him he had to. Honestly I could not bear to see my car in such a condition, my heart broke the first time I saw that damage.
Eventually, I convinced Brian to keep my car. He said he could not promise when I could get the car back, possibly 4 – 5 days but may be longer. I said okay, «just try your very best please» I said to him. He explained they needed to order the new bumper, and basically the whole process. I told him hope I would see my car by the following week. I know I am pushing it and Brian has been very accommodating.
I love it that they have an online tracking system where one can track the progress of the work. I was very very surprised the following Monday, the 3^rd business day, I saw the progress updated to be that my car was repaired in the final stage. Yes, I had been tracking the online repair progress a few times a day. Just a side note, Global Collision Center is staffed with BMW certified technicians.
I called Brian and he said the car should be ready on Tuesday morning and he would call me. I said I would be thrilled but I would not rush any technician. True enough, the following morning, Brian called and the car was ready for my collection.
My friend picked me up and when we drove towards the entrance, I saw my baby all shiny waiting for me right outside the entrance door. I got out and examined my car, it looked as if nothing had happened and of cos I would walk around to check to see if my baby had suffered any accidental scratches when she was not home with me. She was perfectly fine.
I stepped into the office and Brian asked me what I thought. I said it was absolutely perfect!
Honestly, I couldn’t thank Brian enough. He has made the whole process as painlessly as possible. He had been extremely kind and so wonderful in dealing with me this extremely difficult person who demand a lot when it comes to my car.
I highly recommend Brian Nichols to anyone who wants not just a wonderful repair on their precious BMWs but also one which topped with a professional, kind and service-​oriented service advisor.

I had an incredible experience with Global Collision. Allison Thorsen and Will Messer took tremendous care of me and my vehicle. Should you need body work repaired on your vehicle take it to Global. They repaired my Mercedes-​Benz, so do not hesitate to consider them for other brands!
They were friendly and informative, letting me know how to care for the new paint. They even finished the car a day ahead of schedule!
