Classic Collision of Chamblee

I went to Classic Collision years ago. The General Manager Chris Madsen has a nasty attitude. I was over charged for the work did to my car. He would not give me my car unless i gave him the check the insurance company gave me. You will see alot of cars around his facility. My car was half fixed. He did not replace the fog light that was blown. It was a terrible experience. Also, my car was not ready on time like he said. Chris is all about the money. LOOK AROUND BEFORE YOU LET THEM FIX YOUR CAR.

Was referred here on Friday by our regular mechanic after a hit-​and-​run accident in Duluth. We were shaken up, to say the least, but Grant took great care of us. He was calm and explained everything thoroughly. They got us situated with a rental car, were communicative through the entire process, and when we picked up our car yesterday, it looked as good as new. Thank you to Grant and the entire team for making this challenging experience go as smoothly as possible. As I told them yesterday, I hope I don’t have to see them again — but I’ll recommend them highly!

I have had my car to this location of Classic Collision on three occasions. The first was insurance work due to an accident, and the later two in the past year were due to my own poor driving. I hate to come here because they are on the high end with respect to price and my own incompetence, but you get what you pay for — and here you get a lot.
I am giving them five stars based on the quality of the work performed and the customer experience.
Quality of work — My car was return to me looking like the day I drove it off the dealer’s lot brand new. There was no indication that the damage areas were ever in an accident; rather, they are restored astoundingly to their original condition. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are truly remarkable.
Customer service — I have worked with Grant on the last two visits and he was extremely conscientious in keeping me apprised of the status of the work. In the first of the two recent visits, completion of the work got a little behind the original scheduled quoted but sometimes that happens due to the volume of work they have and that some jobs take longer than anticipated. He explained these situations and expressed a sincere concern on both occasions in delivering a high quality service experience.

Disappointing work. Only went here because insurance company forced me to.
Goto a smaller shop and get some personal and better quality job.

My experience was amazing!!! I needed to get my front right bumper repaired and Classic Collision is one of Geico’s preferred providers.
These guys don’t play around! I scheduled an appointment to drop my car off on a Monday, received a cost estimate of repairs by Tuesday morning and the car was ready for pickup by Wednesday evening… not to mention they had a rental car ready for me when I dropped my car off to use while they completed repairs to my car. Everything was super convenient and easy.
They kept me updated on the progress of the repair to my car, promptly returned my calls and every interaction was professional and just simply pleasant.
I’d highly recommend them for any body repair work that you need done! The best part about all of this is 1) they provide a lifetime warranty for the repairs as long as you own the vehicle and 2) Janet, my car’s name (lol), is looking sexy again! They did a fabulous job!

I had the absolute best experience getting my car repaired here. They kept me updated and once my car was ready for pickup, they went over all the repairs done on my car.
