We sell homes for a set fee, starting at just $ 2,950, and we invite owner participation (not required). We are part of a national franchise that, since 1976, has helped buyers and sellers save millions of dollars in commissions.

History

Established in 2005.

Help-​U-​Sell Keystone Realty was opened in May 2005 by local realtors, Matt and Tara Kellam. Since opening, we have saved consumers over $ 1,000,000 in commission compared to traditional companies charging six percent or more.

Business Owner

I have been a resident in Franklin County since 1977. I worked in the broadcasting business for nearly 20 years. In 2001, I started in real estate as the sales manager/​resale coordinator for a local golf course community until purchasing the Help-​U-​Sell franchise with my wife in 2005. I am active in the community, currently serving on the board of directors of the Franklin County United Way.
