Brides by the Falls

Very pretty on the inside, they had a great selection and very friendly staff. The only bad thing is it was hard to get into the building from the back were the parking lot is. They have a wide selection of dresses, for brides, mother of the bride and bridesmaid dresses.

I’d recommend Brides by the Falls to anyone. I’ve always loved driving by the display windows, so when I started planning my wedding, I went here first. The entire experience was wonderful.
I stopped in with no appointment — in ripped jeans and a t-​shirt — intending to just browse. The owner, Jennifer, could have easily dismissed me out of hand, but instead was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. She gave me her full attention, and really took the time to ask lots of questions to identify my budget, personal style, and what would work best for my wedding. We then walked through the store together and she pulled various options for me. For a relatively small store, I was delighted by the variety of dresses she carried, from ballgowns to simple sheaths and custom-​made couture to affordable ready-​made.
I tried on at least 10 different dresses, and Jennifer never made me feel rushed or pressured. She was a great extra pair of eyes to help decide what would be the most flattering and was honest when a dress didn’t work for me.
I live across the country, and Jennifer was also amazingly accommodating about scheduling fittings and alterations to meet my limited in-​town availability. (Not to mention promptly responding to my random questions, e.g., when I couldn’t remember what exact shade of white my dress was.)
Shopping with Jennifer feels like chatting with a dear friend. Ultimately, she helped me find a dress that I love and can’t wait to wear. I’m definitely sending my bridesmaids here.

After trying on what felt like hundreds of dresses at Bridal Boutiques in the greater Cleveland area, I came over to Brides by the Falls. Thank God I did! They had a fantastic selection of dresses in a variety of price ranges. Don’t worry, they aren’t one of those stores that has SO many dresses you can’t even process them. I explained what I was looking for, and Jennifer helped me find a few dresses to try… and what do you know? I found the perfect dress! They provide excellent service, and make you feel very comfortable. They are honest, and want every bride to be happy with their purchase. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses through them, and they made that process very easy and smooth. I highly encourage all brides to check this place out for a wedding dress.
