Great store! Great staff — you can tell how much they enjoy what they do! A+ across the board!
My husband went here before Christmas for the first time looking for something for yours truly. Not only did he find an incredible selection of clothes but he was helped by no fewer than 3 staffers who helped with sizing, colors, etc. We went back yesterday to double check the size on one of the items (the other 2 items were perfect) and turns out so was this one! Kudos to the staff!
Only bad thing is that it’s a bit of a drive for us… however, if it wasn’t I’m sure our bills would quickly be on the rise!

This store is huge. They’ve recently expanded and there are a ton of selections to choose from. I dont think I’ve ever seen this many types of jackets in one place.
Also their customer service is very good. I needed help finding a type of jacket in a specific color and a store worker was running all over this place looking for me. They will also look in the back room for extras and can even ship a jacket to you for really cheap.
Amazing store. Definitely a must if you need great outdoor clothes that will last.

I visited this store on Saturday for their Fall sale and was extremely impressed. I have made small purchases from Trail Creek before but never bought a coat from here. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly despite the 150+ people in the store bombarding them with questions. I was extremely impressed by how organized everything was as well. Everything was in stock and there were many options to choose from. With help from a staff member I ended up buying three jackets and a few accessories (North Face and Patagonia) Everything is a little pricy but the quality is excellent. I will be back soon!

Lots of high-​end outdoor gear from North Face, Patagonia, and everyone I think I’ve heard of. This store is absolutely massive and could probably stock you with most anything you’d need for almost any trip.

Awesome store! I just picked up my first Patagonia winter coat! They have an AMAZING selection of coats, shoes, yoga wear, etc. Everyone is super friendly and helpful.
