History

Established in 1979.

We began as an antiques shop with upholstery services and restoration on site. We evolved into a full service home furnishing business that now includes custom designed furniture and kitchen and baths constructed from beautiful reclaimed 18^th and 19^th century local woods. We still buy and sell tasteful period furnishings but have extended our talents to encompass textiles, flooring, space design and remodeling as well. We engage the services of our many local craftsmen to meet the growing needs of personal and unique spaces that our clients now request.

Manager

Since 1979 Anne has been hands on in all aspects of her family’s antique business. After returning home from art school in New York and travels throughout Europe, Anne aided her father in consignment sales of period furniture working directly with venerable auction houses of Christies and Sotheby’s. Finally settling back in Chester County Anne went on to develop a custom furniture collection that embraced all the good of working with older woods reclaiming their soulful properties giving them new life for modern families. The shop has once again evolved into a full service design shop offering space planning, remodels, practical and affordable kitchen and bath solutions and flooring. all using the beautiful woods she reclaims from the countryside she calls home.
