Brad Bernstein, a graduate of Pratt Institute, is the company’s registered architect. He has 30 years of experience in designing upscale contemporary homes, restaurants, hotels and low-​rise office buildings.

Jim Tillilie, a graduate of St. Joseph’s University, is the company’s builder. He has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of construction, from planning to construction management to maintenance management.
