Service slow They look puzzled or confused when given specific instruction on how to put the veg and the sauces on the bread or meat. Plenty other subway nearby. Never coming here again

You can’t go wrong with subway. Well with my experience. Walked in for a quick breakfast sandwich. The staff was nice and attentive place was clean and the veggies were fresh only downfall is that the coffee was 110 octane. Man o man I think that maybe double bagged it. I had to add water but hey it got my morning going.

This place is a rip-off. Subway had an internet special and this place did not honor it. As I had to meet up with my son, I took the sandwiches anyway. I went back later and talked to the manager but all he offered was a discount coupon. Why not refund my money? You lost a customer and whoever else will listen to me,(read this post).

My sis in law and I went to get subway for lunch and we had such a horrible experience. Richard did not do a decent job on the sandwiches at all. The avacadoes were dark and discolored. The sandwich was so sloppy and the ingredients were not put well in layers. He didn’t even greet you and kept forgetting your order. Had to repeats 3 times before he can get the item on the sub. Pedro is the only good employee they have. We will only be going there when Pedro is working. And we eat subway 3 – 4 times a week if not more.

Love this place, I normally come in for lunch. I’ve been coming here for so long they basically have my sandwich waiting for me! Great service and nice place to enjoy a good sandwich. I’ve even gotten my coworkers to join me for lunch and they love it too!

I noticed that all the bad employees quit or died. i think its great because now i get great customer service. this place was run like a prison but things changed slightly. i did notice that the subs now have less veggies added to think. i’m sure its because the higher ups changed this. about 2 months ago the Hispanic manager had pink eye and still worked that way. i was about to call the CDC to close down this place but he went home after i gave him my 2 cents. all in all, things are getting better and i dont avoid this place anymore.

I refuse to go back to that subway. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful and lacks good customer service. I’ve been a fan of subway for as long as I can remember and it’s a shame the staff at the one in Cerritos are allowed to represent the store.

Employees are ridiculous at this Subway Restaurant! Rude and yet none of them have any customer service skills! They served me COLDCHICKEN, order their NEWTUSCANCHICKENMELT. Bread was falling apart also! Had to call them back and tell what was wrong with my order. This Subway Restaurant needs new employees with better customer service skills. All in all, if you’re looking for a Subway, THISISNOTTHESUBWAYTOGOTO.

It is what it is. The location was clean, the staff seemed friendly enough. Ordered the Subway club on italian bread, white american(because the cheddar cheese only comes in shredded form), mayo, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and pepperchinis. I had them toast it and grabbed a bag of baked BBQ lays. Sandwich was fresh, veggies were crisp… of course I would have liked some more meat but it is only Subway after all.

The girls at this subway are really nice, and once in a long, long while they have bottles of Coke Zero, SCORE!

When it comes to the art of sandwich making, I am very particular. Working at a fast food restaurant definitely isn’t glamorous nor is there much to be proud of in your work, but presentation is definitely one of those things you could put some effort into. Especially when there is no one else there. So I went in, I asked for a oven roasted chicken breast on a foot long italian herbs and cheese(gotta hit up that $ 5 footlong). So the nice lady takes a couple chicken breasts and throws it in the microwave(guess they were cold(never happened to me before)). So meanwhile, I ask for it to be toasted with pepper jack and onions, thinking that she would wait for the chicken to come out of the microwave. But no, she puts 4 pieces of cheese on, chucks a few onions, and after my sandwich comes out. the cheese has melted in some disastrous formation on both sides of the bread. I know what you’re thinking, blasphemy. In the mean time, she asks what veggies I want so I tell her that I want lettuce tomatos pickles bell peppers olives cilantro with honey mustard. So this disaster of a woman goes ahead and throws all the veggies right onto the bread. YOUCAN’T DOTHAT. The veggies are just going to soak right into both sides of the bread you fool! My freaking bread is going to be soft and squishy and just completely break apart!!! To make matters worse, all the honey mustard is being applied straight onto the bread. You should also note that the chicken breast is still in microwave, unable to provide a safety layer between the bread and the wet veggies and sauce. By this point I’ve already given up thinking that my sandwich could not look worse. But no… she pulls out the chicken breast and shoves it into the wet veggie salad. There’s already a pile of veggies inside the sandwich so parts of the chicken are just sticking out from the bread, which is like sandwich treason because there are definitely going to be bites with no chicken in it. Just vegetables… sigh… I’m not telling her the vegetables I want until the sandwich meat has been applied to the bread next time. 2 stars because the sandwich is still a great deal and I was starving.

This past Saturday, we wanted something light. Of course, I remembered seeing a 3 footlong coupon from Subway for $ 12.99. Bang! I’m so there! I remember when this place was being erected along with the nail place next door, it was like 5 years ago. Anywhoo, I entered the door and saw all these Asian folks in line. It makes me a little irritable when some of these folks are vocabulary challenged. «i want 2 of these?» said the lady. «you want two 6 inch or two footlong?» said the dude behind the counter. «I want 2» said the lady oh man… can the wait be any longer? And guess what happened next as it was my turn to order? POWEROUTAGE! Got the steak sandwich was was cold.(can’t use the oven) The guy forgot the chipotle sauce. Got the club –which was done right but they sorta over did it. One extra person stuffed more stuff I didn’t want after the outage occured. Got my roast beef-no complaints except can’t really taste the beef. It’s funny, outage occurs, there was nothing but silence, followed by massive confusion doused on my sandwich order. However, the lady owner who operates the cash register was nice enough to not charge me tax since she couldn’t get into the register herself. To be fair, I’ll have to come here again and give it another review next time…

After I got off work one night, after 1030pm, a friend and I were hungry and hadn’t had dinner. So we ventured around driving around South St. in Cerritos. Since there were mainly Asian restaurants and fast food joints, we decided to get a Subway. Since they closed at 11pm, there were hardly any customers there. And the lady who were making our sandwiches, were hardly paying attention to us, what we wanted while making the sandwiches. I ordered their italian bmt on wheat bread. After she put the meat on, she put a few strands of lettuce on it, neatly placed two tomato slices making sure they were equally apart from each other,. and thats how the rest of the placements of the veggies, food were placed; the pickles, jalapenos, cucumbers, etc. All the while she was making our sandwiches, she was talking to the other guy who was working there also. I had to ask for more of pickles because she only gave me two, one on top of each of the slices of cucumbers, lol. So then she asked if my friend wanted jalapenos on his, he said no, and she still put it on there. when he said, no i didn’t want any of jalapenos, she apologized and took them off. It was like she was trying to create an artist’s sandwich, neatly placing each item in its rightful place. Come on! we didn’t go to subway to watch a lady create slowly and accurately our sandwiches, we just wanted a sandwich. If you work at some food place thats not high end, cuisine etc, just make the damn thing and give us our food. When we got home, my bread was a little bit hard. Assumed that they were closing and the breads been sitting there for a while, it might have been the reason why it was hard. But the subway didn’t taste like the usual subway that I would get at the other subways. Don’t know if it was that day, the lady who made it … but don’t know if I’ll go back. Unless it’s late. and heck, nevermind, don’t think I’ll go back to this one.
