Eunice was basically our full time wedding coordinator for our wedding this past May. We can’t recommend her enough, at first we weren’t sure if we wanted or needed to hire a full time coordinator but it was well worth it and we are so glad we went with Eunice.
We decided to go with Eunice because she was recommended by our venue, she had really great reviews online, and she was a little cheaper and seemed much more personal and hands on compared to the other options.
She was great throughout the process, her suggestions and advice was really priceless and saved us so much stress and money ultimately. I really don’t know what we would’ve done without all of her suggestions, probably spent hours upon hours of googling and asking around until we finally felt good about each and every decision. With Eunice, it was so much easier because she always had great feedback and great advice, we could trust that we didn’t have to go scouring across the Internet to make a final decision!
Also, she was so calm and professional about everything leading up to the wedding in the last few weeks and on the day of. She took care of putting together a detailed timeline for us and we could always really count on her to note down any and every request or small tweak that we had without worrying or thinking twice about it.
On the day of, she brought 4 additional staff members to the wedding to help assist with everything, and just knowing that she was on top of everything made it easy for my wife and I to relax about everything and just enjoy the day. Our wedding went perfectly and Eunice and her staff were quietly working their magic behind the scenes while we and our families had a wonderful and memorable night. Go with Eunice and Sage, you won’t regret it!

Eunice Kim is a ROCKSTAR! My wife and u were married a few months back and were referred to Eunice by a mutual friend, little did we know that the coming months would forge a new friendship. When we met with her, we knew she had what it took to make our wedding day perfect. If your hesitating about the cost of a coordination, DONT. It’s fully worth every penny. Eunice and her staff worked with us up till our wedding in coordinating all of our vendors for the big day. Her creativity, and thinking out side the box, helped her solve our concerns and problems as we were asking them. She thinks on her feet, and is committed to helping ensure everything is perfect. She helped with the seating chart and made sure everything from a logistics standpoint was in place. She crossed all of the T’s and dotted all of the i’s. On our wedding day, her and her team lit our over 1500 candles, ushered our guests, coordinated with all the vendors, and dealt with issues as they arose, while smiling and and reassuring us that everything was perfect, even when behind the scenes there were some unaccounted for hiccups (not their fault). At the end of the night they ensured everything was cleaned up and organized. The level of professionalism, attention to detail, and creative thinking was essential to the success of our wedding. Our day would not have been nearly the perfect day it was, without her and her awesome team! We love you Eunice!

Eunice and her team are so wonderful :) I can’t see her getting any less than five stars and I agree with the person below that I wish I could give her more stars! Sage was the Day-​of-​Coordinator for my brother’s wedding this past Saturday. Everything was perfect and the day flew by seamlessly. The bride, groom, and families did not have to worry about a thing. We could BE PRESENT and soak in the joy of the day/​evening thanks to Eunice and her team. Eunice is sooo friendly and it was obvious that she had an excellent rapport with all the vendors (florist, photog, venue contacts). Stressed out brides (been there, done that), highly rec Sage!

I wish I could give Eunice more stars and I wasn’t even her bride. I first interviewed Eunice earlier this year for my wedding in November (literally just had my wedding this past weekend and I couldn’t wait to write her a review) and both my fiancé and I loved talking to her. She stood out from all the other coordinators that I interviewed because she was so willing to help. She seemed like she really cared about her job and about her clients and had a lot of experience. Despite this, I decided to go with a different coordinator who was willing to do more for less.
Fast forward 8 months later, I was left without a coordinator a week before my wedding. It was straight out of every bride’s worst nightmare and I couldn’t believe it was happening to me. I contacted Eunice right away to see if she was available, and although she wasn’t booked for a wedding, my wedding time was too early and she had prior obligations that would make her late. But what she did after surprised me, she offered me other options and tried to look for other alternatives for me. Most of the other coordinators that I had contacted wouldn’t even hear me out during my most difficult time as a bride, and here was Eunice offering all this advice and help to a compete stranger she only met once.
If this is the same kind of treatment her clients receive, I can’t even imagine how lucky her brides are. Not hiring Eunice the first time around was probably my biggest mistake in all of my wedding planning. I hope this review helps out some brides who might be over the fence about hiring Eunice, don’t make the same mistake that I did. After interviewing a lot of vendors for our wedding, I begin to realize that its hard to find someone who cares about your day, GENUINELY cares about your day and not just to further their business. And out of all the vendors, you want your coordinator to be that one person who cares.
I ended up with another great coordinator who was available to take me on last minute and my wedding turned out perfect but my husband and I can’t and probably won’t forget Eunice and her kindness. Hopefully we have a baby in the next few years so that we can hire Eunice for a baby event, just kidding! No but really we are truly grateful and will definitely keep her in mind for future events.

Eunice and her Sage Event Planning team is awesome! She is professional, reliable, quick to respond to emails /​phones calls, and most importantly, she is very detail oriented. I had the great fortune of working with her and her team several times over the year and each time was a complete joy. As a wedding DJ, she had made my job super easy each time; from her detailed timeline, to coordinating ceremony and reception, and making sure everything is place. I love that fact that she checks in with each of the vendors through the wedding to make he/​she is good and taken care of it.

When my best friend got engaged, I knew I had to get her an amazing wedding gift. Knowing that she was planning her DIY California wedding from D.C., I opted to hire a Day-​Of-​Coordinator to alleviate some stress. After searching for a coordinator within my budget, I narrowed it down to Eunice and another company. Eunice was prompt at answering my questions and respected my privacy to not disclose any financial information to the bride and groom. She easily agreed to a phone interview with the bride! Eunice rocked her interview and was hired asap!
I mainly conversed with Eunice thru email and did not meet her until dress rehearsal. She was exactly what I pictured her to be, a professional with the abilities to get things done! The wedding was in Chino and it was scorching that weekend! Her assistant, Hannah, and she rocked at putting all our DIY projects together, coordinating the unruly Vietnamese wedding party, and dealing with the extreme heat!
I highly recommend Eunice and her team! If I get marry one day, I would love to have her assist with my wedding.

We hired Eunice as our day-​of wedding coordinator and we could not have made a better decision. Her sweet, calm personality made us feel comfortable from the very beginning when we met with her at a coffee shop. She asked us on the first meeting what we wanted from a wedding coordinator, and that sums up how she thinks and operates– she does everything to make sure that the bride and groom are getting all of their needs met on the big day. Leading up to our wedding, we communicated with Eunice via email and phone, and she was incredibly supportive, responsive, and helpful with any questions that we had. The week of our wedding, she sent out a very organized and detailed wedding timeline that impressed all of our wedding party and vendors. On our wedding day, we felt like we could completely, 100% trust Eunice and her team to take care of everything so that we could focus on getting ready and enjoying the night. Eunice and her team’s thoughtfulness put us at ease throughout the night– they made sure we ate, kept the night flowing according to the timeline, and handled anything and everything that came their way. At the end of the night, her and her team even helped us pack all of the gifts and ensured they made it safely to our hotel room. All of the details that we didn’t even imagine we needed to think about, she took care of. We highly, highly recommend Sage Event Planning!!!

The Sage Event Planning team did my day-​of coordination for my wedding last month. I knew Eunice and her team would be perfect for the job because I saw her in action 9 months prior when she coordinated my cousin’s wedding and did an excellent job of helping things flow and provided quick on-​the-​spot troubleshooting.
Eunice was always professional, easy to get in touch with and offered honest and helpful advice every step of the way.
She has a great list of wedding/​party vendors to recommend too. When I was having the worst time trying to lock down a florist, she recommended me to the florist who did her wedding and I ended up hiring her.
One week before the wedding, she created a very detailed timeline, along with all important phone numbers that included the wedding party, key family members and all vendors to keep everyone organized and able to reach each other easily. My other vendors were blown away and happy to know that everyone was on the same page.
The day before my wedding, she led the rehearsal and made sure everyone was comfortable and aware of their duties.
My wedding consisted of two locations — an outdoor ceremony and a ballroom reception with 300 guests and short vendor set up times. Eunice and her team were on top it, quickly setting up the reception hall décor and dessert bar, then headed to the outdoor ceremony site to manage the ceremony activities. After the ceremony, within a blink of an eye the team moved quickly to tear down and transport all items to be re-​purposed at the reception hall.
I’m a totally worrier, but on my wedding day, I didn’t have a fear in the world, because I knew that Eunice would make sure everything was perfect and it was!!! I was able to enjoy my wedding day to its fullest! My husband and I both agree that Sage Event Planning was the best vendor we hired!

Eunice was amazing!!! I was MC/​DJ for Sue & Yoon’s wedding within last month. She made everything so easy and helped take care of last minute things!!! Coordination with the vendors, and organizing the whole timeline was very professionally done. Working with Sage team is always quite exciting and fun. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. She is super sweet and amazingly organized. And she will make your wedding be exactly what you envision :)

To ensure I don’t stress and become a bridezilla and could actually enjoy my wedding, my fiancé suggested we hire a day-​of wedding coordinator. We found Eunice with SAGE through our DJ/​MC and got her «Goethe» package (which actually covers the day-​of and month-​of).
Eunice was great! She was very professional, responded quickly to emails during any time of day, very responsive and accommodating to our needs. She helped me think of things that I hadn’t planned or anticipated during the entire planning process, which I really appreciated. And what I liked was that she was honest with her feedback, giving me suggestions based on her experience.
We did a very DIY wedding (due to the casual/​garden wedding theme and tight budget) so had a ton of things for Eunice and Hannah (her assistant, who was great too, btw!) to set up the day of. And she did an AWESOME job with the set up. Everything was perfect. And even when little glitches happened that were beyond our control, she somehow improvised with her creativity and made things work! Amazing.
Eunice checked in with me periodically to make sure I was okay and to see if needed anything the day of. I never imagined I could feel so stress-​free and relaxed on my wedding way. I was actually able to enjoy it, eat dinner, have a drink and take things in.
We even had certain family members we were concerned about, and she kept her eye on them to make sure we didn’t have drama either, which was a HUGE help and gave us reassurance.
I may be a little biased, but our wedding felt PERFECT. Eunice is good at understanding what you want and makes sure everything turns out just that way.
Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. Go, SAGE!!!

Anyone getting married, check out Sage Event Planning! Eunice is professional, nice & friendly. A somewhat last minute decision on our part, but it was the best wedding decision we could have made. Our wedding took place on 10÷25÷13 & we contacted Eunice early September 2013. Since our wedding was very DIY, we had already done a lot of the planning, etc, ourselves so we mainly required her ‘month/​day of’ service. But she does have a list of vendors/​services she can refer if you are in need & recommended Something Borrowed Something Vintage, an event furniture rental company, which we used & was also a very positive experience.
Without Eunice & her assistant Hannah we would have been a lot more stressed & a lot less organized. From the first moment we contacted Eunice until weeks after the wedding, her correspondence was prompt. She coordinated with all our vendors as well as the bridal party on timelines & other issues. Since we were at our venue early for photos, we were able to see Eunice & Hannah trouble shoot certain décor issues quickly & efficiently. Most of all, just knowing there was someone we & our guests could go to for questions was a great peace of mind. Her services were well worth the value. Please consider Sage Event Planning for your wedding, or any event.
Bonus, she gives you a great day of emergency kit that is full of all kinds of things you may need, which came in handy not just for myself but for my bridal party & various guests as well.

There are no words to describe how amazing Eunice is at her job! If there were 10 stars, I would give her 12! She’s just that amazing. She goes above and beyond what a wedding coordinator (or a normal person) would do, and on top of that, she does everything with an amazing amount of patience and grace!
We hired Eunice as a day-​of coordinator, but she still contacted me throughout the entire planning process, checking up on me to see if I needed any advice, suggestions, or needed help making decorations or crafts. Since she knew my wedding was mostly DIY, she even offered to take some big projects off my hands so that I can focus on other things (such a sweetheart!!).
But poor Eunice. She did not know what she was getting herself into when she agreed to coordinate our wedding. If there ever was a nightmare of all nightmares of a wedding, mine was it. It starts with us not wanting to spend too much $, so we had a lot of services/​products donated to us by our friends and family. However, in exchange for their services, we had to provide a lot of manpower. So we enlisted a few friends to help with the set up, which included setting up tables, chairs, table covers & chair covers, putting up christmas lights, setting up center pieces, and arranging flowers/​decorations around the venue. I thought there would be about 10 – 15 friends helping Eunice setting up everything but in reality, here is what happened:
The 10 – 15 people that I thought would be there actually turned out to be 2 (where was everyone else? I don’t know). So Eunice, her assistant, and our two friends set up 100 chairs with the chair covers, table covers, put up Christmas lights (they had to climb a 15-​foot ladder and hang up 300+ ft. of lights), set up the center pieces and the napkins, and put up decorations all over the venue. The table vendors were supposed to come at 1:00 pm, but 1:30 rolled around, and they still hadn’t shown up. Eunice called them and found out that I hadn’t actually ever confirmed my order with the table company! I had ZERO tables for the reception! Eunice quickly ordered the tables, made sure they were paid for, and got the tables to our venue and set up all before I even got there at 2:30 pm for our «first look» (HOW did she pull this off??). On top of that, Eunice had to make sure that everyone else (me, my husband, photographers, videographer, officiant, family members, DJ, etc.) were all on track with the schedule so that we could start the wedding ceremony on time. By the time our guests started to trickle in, everything was set up beautifully and we were none the wiser. Eunice even had band-​aids, safety pins, and other random knick-​knacks that my bridal party ended up needing last-​minute!
During dinner (which was buffet style), Eunice made sure that James and I received our food first, and then she proceeded to get food for the rest of our bridal party AND the other vendors. I don’t even know if she had time to eat herself! When it came to the cake-​cutting, I didn’t think to hire/​ask anyone to cut and serve the cake for our guests, so Eunice decided to cut the cake and serve our 100 guests. Eunice went so far above and beyond during our wedding that even our guests noticed how hard she was hustling! Everyone was impressed by her work ethic and the future brides at our wedding all asked for her business card.
Embarrassingly, the nightmare doesn’t there. After the reception was over, I didn’t think to ask people to help clean up or hire a staff to do so, so once everyone had left, Eunice, her assistant, and one friend were left to deal with the aftermath. So they had to tear down everything they had set up that morning, but this time, they also had to deal with trash, the dessert/​candy bar, the remainder of the wedding cake, the leftover beer/​alcohol from our open bar, and I’m sure a ton more. Speaking of which, my decorations consisted of a ton of heavy, heavy books.
I’m the first to admit that I’m the worst bride ever and I can’t believe I put poor Eunice through all of this! But if Eunice can turn my potentially disastrous wedding into a dream, she can do anyone’s wedding. She even coordinated her OWN 1,000-person wedding. ON her own wedding day! This lady is unstoppable! Did I also mention that she’s a mom?
Sorry for the super long review, but I just wanted people to know what kind of a person Eunice is. She’s just 100% giving, unbelievably hard working, composed in the face of seemingly impossible situations, and does NOT complain one bit (I found out about all the above disasters from our friend who helped her. This friend, also amazing). Most importantly, she made sure that I didn’t worry about anything, and that I simply enjoyed my wedding, which I absolutely did!
Bottom line: Hire them. Eunice will go through hell and high water to make sure you are stress-​free and happy on your wedding day no matter WHAT happens.

I had the pleasure of working with Eunice at a mutual client’s Wedding recently and was throughly impressed by her professionalism, friendliness & organizational skills. From the moment I met her, I knew this was this perfect job for her as she remained calm, collected and on task throughout the whole event, which are all very important traits you’d look for in a Wedding Planner.
Not only that, she was So Good about returning emails promptly (literally within that hour) and very informative & resourceful with all questions.
During the event, when we ran into a minor problem she was great about finding a quick solution to it and kept all the vendors running smoothly. I was able to observe that she was sacrificial and willing to go above & beyond for all her brides.

With a 16– month engagement, I thought I had it all under control because I’m pretty organized and had a long time to plan. I got so much planning done in the beginning that I decided to relax until I realized that our wedding was only 3 months away and I hadn’t designed a save the date to mail out. Eek!
Eunice was such an integral part in not only making sure that our wedding went smoothly but also in reminding me to take deep breaths and enjoy the process. I’d say that I was a pretty chill bride and a lot of that had to do with Eunice promptly answering my emails and picking up or immediately returning my phone calls. Like seriously… as I’m dialing Eunice’s number, my heart would be beating rapidly as I’m about to have a panic attack that my nice cake lady had to cancel three weeks before our wedding due to a family emergency! Then, as soon as I heard Eunice’s voice, I felt a little better. She patiently listened to me rant and helped me to organize my thoughts. Within minutes, my heart rate was back to normal and I find myself smiling.
A BIG thank you to Eunice especially (and her team) for bouncing ideas off of, listening to my vision, going to the antique shop with me, creating a Pinterest board just for us and our possible theme, communicating with all of my vendors, organizing our wedding rehearsal, making the amazing streamer wall for our photo booth back drop, creating the day-​of timeline, setting up the ballroom and guest sign-​in table, ensuring that everyone was in their right place at the right time, making certain that we had time to eat, cleaning up after the wedding, helping us to load our cars, and making both of us feel relaxed and at ease on our wedding day because we knew that she’d take care of everything and anything that happened along the way. Oh, and she gives really comforting hugs when you need them, folks!
I also have to rave about her amazing day-​of emergency kit that had ALL of the essentials that you could possibly think of! There were items in there that I didn’t think I’d need at all on my wedding day and then I ended up frantically digging through the box for! I still find myself using the goodies in the cute container!

Planning my daughters wedding was a little bit more work than I thought so I decided to find someone who can help me plan. My life is hectic, I needed all the help I can get. I found Sage Event Planning through various Internet searches, checked the website and decided to finally commit to her services. She was totally professional, answered all my questions and arranged the event perfectly. I am amazed at how much attention to detail and very detail oriented she was. After our wedding day, I learned that when she found out one of the groomsmen forgot his tie, Eunice made her husband bring an extra tie in time for the photoshoot! Also, I still hear to this day how my guests were so impressed with the AMAZING dessert bar she made for our reception!
