Rudy’s Screen Printing

Dont EVER come to this place! if your gonna work, you gotta look decent. I was greated by the son im assuming, that called to his mom like if it was a house. Unprofessional to me. Then i go in for a simple quote of a One letter print on a tshirt that i wanted done same day… the lady said to me in spanish «if you give me 100 dollars ill make it today» like sweety please… not gonna give u 100 bucks for a print. Then she was making a bunch of excuses of why she «couldnt“make them. I’m going to tell everyone NOT to come here if they try look for prints of any sort. And yes i found another place waaaaayyy better than this. Improve your professionalism please.

This is a family owned business. Very small. Rudy answers the phone. Friendly man. I was in need of custom screen printing for a important celebration. I knew what I wanted, font, look, and everything. After talking to Rudy I speak to his son (I believe) and explain, he sends me an email I send one back. The shirts came out okay… Black shirt with silver font. Since most were the same size they came out okay although I felt the font could be bigger. I also got a smaller shirt and that one the logo was smaller than expected. Overall the people receiving the shirts were happy and I was happy. Cost was decent as well.

I had some embroidery done with my employer’s logo on our new chef coats, and script with names underneath. Very reasonably priced, and they were ready when we needed them. The coats look great, very professional! The staff were friendly and helpful.

I searched for a local screen printing business to print some Tshirts and polos with my companies logo on them. Fairly simple logo just script and fairly simple job. That its, that’s all I wanted. I go in and sit down with what seems to be an older married couple who barely speaks english. They were very nice and very very helpful. We discuss the job, I look at samples, they give me ideas for cost. All seemed really good. All I had to do was send them my logo and come back to make the deposit. Was happy until I went back to give my deposit and change up my order a little bit. The couple wasnt there and I think I spoke with the son. I told him that all I wanted to do was remove some items and change the color of the shirts. Thinking that it would be cheaper and wanted to see quality of their work before making a larger order. This guy ended up charging me additional fees when I was specifically quoted at something lower! It was even written down! It was all their on the quote sheet! This is just bad business! you CAN NOT give someone a final price and then later change it for no reason! I would have been completely fine with the price but not after being lied to and misquoted intentionally.

My company ordered about 100 Tshirts and 75 Sweatshirts printed front and back. We went through the process of picking out colors and styles. Very painless thanks to their help. Sent them the artwork and they printed a sample. Placement was off a little and they immediately fixed it. Checked the 1^st few shirts coming off the production line and let them proceed. When they returned the 175 shirts/​sweatshirts there was 2 sweatshirts that had ink on them and we were shorted 1 XL sweatshirt. They immediately resolved the problem.
The service was outstanding. The screen we needed was a difficult 3 color process and they did a great job. Wasn’t 100% perfect, but we’re picky and the quality was absolutely acceptable. The key to success was we checked everything out all the way through. We got samples of the shirts. We got samples of the screen before all the shirts were screened. Every time we needed something changed they did it exactly how we wanted it.
Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

My 10 year old came up with a comic book character that he wanted to put it on a t shirt for his friends. I had custom t shirts printed and they came out better than I expected. Juan worked with a 10 year old boys drowning and designed a super cool shirt. Great quality fabric and design did not wash out.

I didn’t actually use Rudy’s to do my screen printing. I opted for another company simply because it was closer to my location. However, while speaking with Rudy and his colleague on the phone they were very helpful. They offered a quick turn around time and the customer service that I did receive was great. They were easy to get in touch with, took the time to understand what I wanted and had great follow through.

A business is only as good as it’s last meal or job performed. Go elsewhere for quality. Come here if you want defect clothing that will be at an outlet near you.

This is another suck! We had zippie hoodies printed here! We had an order of a lil over 40… I went to pick it up… and this is what we found…
They made the design too small and it was sitting so high… it was almost on my left shoulder blade. We wanted to get them redone. They told me that if we purchased new hoodies, they’d do the screen for free. I went to the garment district, bought some cheap, but good quality hoodies (better than the ones at rudy’s)… They reneged and told me they wouldn’t do the screen for free. They were gonna charge us. Forget that! I’m never coming back to this place!!!
My friend Pdub told me that this place sucked, but it was one of the closer ones around… Damn, I should’ve listened to him!
Now this is the 2^nd ONE STAR I’ve given!!! I’m on a roll!

Made an order of 12 T-​Shirts with my company Logo across the chest and it came out great, loved it. Prices are ok and turnaround is ok too. i love the fact that its a local shop which is very convenient for me. I will for sure place many orders at Rudy’s in the near future.

This is a great business, they do a really good job and had my teams shirts finished within days of our order. I dont think it took them more than two days to get mu club’s t-​shirts done.
