I’m so happy I found this place! Quick, attentive and courteous customer service. They were straight forward with pricing and met all my packaging/​mailing needs. I also found their pricing to be much more reasonable than other local mail centers I’ve visited. They will be receiving my business in the future!

I have had P.O.B. for years with Packaged To Go. This week they went beyond anything I would ever expect. Had a package delivered from Amazon. The box was a mess and leaking. I did not have my phone with me to take pictures of the mess. Package To Go took pictures and then sent them to my email. The professional and friendly service is the reason I have been with them for so many years. Thank you Package To Go!

This place is located across the street in a plaza next to Cerritos mall, there is plenty of parking, the ac is cold, and the owner is a pleasant, well mannered gentleman.
I came here looking for a notary in the Cerritos area last minutes, arrived without an appointment, no call, and was in and out in minutes. It costs $ 10 for notary services and $ 1 per page for faxing. Very professional, very quick, very honest.
Mailing is the main business point here though although I cant comment on that.

A nice couple provide various services including low rate of express mail service to out of country, mail box, and notary service. The international express mail service is cheaper than post office, and most package sent to South Korea is delivered in 3 or 4 days.

I needed to return a product that I bought and Packaged To Go took amazing care of me. The price was more than fair and the customer service I received was excellent. I highly recommend going to this establishment for all your mail/​notary needs.

Quick, efficient public notary service.
The store is in the middle of the Plaza alongside several other shops, right next to the Buffalo Wild Wings as of this time (2015).
Inside there are two counters, they offer various types of courier services anyone could possibly need.
I went for a certified notary signing, which was taken care of by Steve. 10 minutes in and we were done. Would be returning and recommending in the future. The service costs $ 10 for the signature, may require additional if you have more documents.

I needed a larger picture frame and canvas photo shipped. The man that helped me was very friendly and thorough. He shopped the best shipping price and showed me the different prices between companies. My package arrived in pristine condition, better than if I would have hand carried them home on the plane! Added bonus was I dropped the package off
on a Friday afternoon and it arrived at my door the next Monday!

I love supporting local businesses. The clerk was very informative of all the services they offer. The 22 page efax I sent had transmittal issues on the receiving end. So when I asked to resend it, there was no hesitation, just great customer service! I will definitely use this establishment for all my packaging & mailing needs. Prices are comparable to FedEx. In fact I was given a first time bulk rate discount So you know this place is worth checking out!!!

I never thought I’d be reviewing a mailing shop! Then again five years ago I never thought I’d be reviewing stuff through my phone after having located it on an app.
Before I go on about what prices used to be and shake my cane at you, let me say that this shop is awesome sauce! Whenever the post office is closed they accept packages or mail at any time… They have a drop slot for letters. They also accept Fedex, DHL, and UPS packages making online returns so easy!
I’ve also faxed stuff here when my printer at home was broken. Check it out for your errand running needs.

Really nice staff. They always get you the best prices for shipping. BUT they do not take a card for anything under 8 $ and don’t have that posted. I was pretty mad at that but they waived it. If you’re going to have that rule, please have it POSTED.

So far, I’ve only used Packaged to Go for notary services and faxing important documents, but I’m convinced they must be my go-​to shipping service center.
Their pricing is very reasonable, especially considering prices charged at other local mail centers for the same services. They are always friendly, courteous, and efficient. A couple of times there were one or two customers ahead of me, so I was expecting a long wait, but not. They are quick, yet you don’t feel like you are being rushed through. Great customer service!
I will need to rent a mail box in the near future and I hope they have availability when that time comes.

I used rented a mailbox here for a year. They are friendly and there are discounts if you sign up for a mailbox for a longer time, although you can also rent month-​to-​month.
I’ve never had any issues with my mailbox here. There was one time they were a little late opening up the store, but if you have a mailbox here, you have a key to get inside and access the mailboxes. Also, they charge a key deposit so if you end your mailbox rental, make sure to get that back.
They’re careful, efficient and I appreciate that they are friendly and always working quickly to ship stuff out.
They are strict though, so make sure you package your stuff correctly or have the right ID for notaries! I have seen them tell customers they need different IDs or that a package needs to be re-​packaged, which isn’t a problem since they have packaging materials there too. Also, they’ll tell you not to use «apt» or «suite» for your mailbox address — but hey, if those are the rules, they’re the rules!
They do charge a surcharge for shipping USPS, compared to actually going to the post office, but it isn’t much and worth skipping the lines at the post office, especially during the holidays.
I especially liked that when I ended my mailbox rental, I had a piece of unexpected but important mail come in and Steve took the time to call me and let me know, rather than just returning to sender.

I’ve been purchasing stuff from the inter-​webs since it was made possible! Easy breezy! I click a button and it’s here in a few days.
Shipping something out? I have never done it. I couldn’t believe I had never done it. No boxes, packaging materials, or labels.
Accounts with UPS, FedEx, USPS is something I did not have! PFFT. It all of a sudden wasn’t so easy for me.
This was clearly the first time I sold something online. After leaving the local USPS office because I couldn’t find a big enough box, (let us keep in mind I was on my one hour lunch break) I Unilocaled local packaging areas and this place came up with solid reviews.
I was stoked, but the clock was ticking.
I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but he was sooooooo helpful and just polite. You can hear it in his tone and see it in his mannerisms. That stuff counts.
Anyways, I watched my stuff get measured, bubble wrapped, boxed, drowned in green styrofoam peanuts, weighed, and taped. He found the cheapest way I could ship this expensive item to Michigan, smack some insurance on it, AND have a signature required.
So because I had been researching prices on USPS and FedEx the night before, I was expecting to pay between $ 60-​$ 80 at the most. I must have been doing something wrong because…
…he gave me a grand total of $ 29 bucks. I was thrilled. Shocked. Flabbergasted. Whatever! I was HAPPY!
Drove back to work and clocked back in with a few minutes to spare.
Great service and awesome prices.

I hate to be unoriginal with a comment but here it goes. Packaged To Go exceeded my expectations.
I was handling a very expensive shipment for my daughter regarding a sell she made on eBay. I had never dealt with eBay/​PayPal processes and was very leery about making a mistake. Packaged To Go walked me through the correct process and even held the package until I was actually ready to ship. They send email notifications on the shipping status which is a great help. Very friendly and efficient. I will never use any other shipping center again. In fact just used them again yesterday.

I’ve never expected to review a shipping center but hey, there’s a first for everything. For this review, I’m really just looking at their other services.
I was running around town on a Saturday, trying to look for a notary service open on a weekend. My first few choices were either closed down or gone for the day. I thought I might have to run out of town to find one. But lo and behold, I d come across a small one. Even with the odd name and the small office space, don’t be fooled — it’s a fully stocked package and services shop and one of the most efficient ones for one that’s open on the weekends. The notary was quick, the fax was efficient and I was in and out in less than five minutes. I paid about $ 10 and was satisfied. They also seemed fully stocked with boxes, stuffing and other shipping services.
So again, nothing too complex but good service and a nice shop equals a good recommendation if you’re nearby and looking for help.

I started using Packaged To Go a few months ago. It is close to my house and I wanted a physical address while I am traveling, rather than a PO box, so it seemed like a no-​brainer. That has worked out well.
I then started using them for my shipments, which they have been very helpful with. I have never had to wait in a line, they give you a discount on the normal FedEx/​UPS costs and they can even send you an email confirmation when your package is delivered. This is pretty nice, since I have always had to wait at the post office or other shipping stores.
Finally, they are willing to help out. One day, I missed their closing by a couple minutes. I had a package there that I needed for my flight the next morning and the owner drove from their house to open the store so I could get my package — very appreciated!
