Terrific dealership & a terrific staff! I made my deal with Peter and it the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. After being in the car business for 20 years I know when I’m dealing with a sleazy salesman or an honest guy who gives the best deals right off the bat, and Peter gave me the best deal possible without me needing to haggle him for a great deal. He is an honest man and showed me every single little feature in the car before I drove off the lot. Overall great dealer with a great staff and great deals! Be sure to ask for Peter Agnew when you’re going to make your purchase, you won’t regret it!

**Grabbed another car from these guys and of course everything was great. Still the best experience I’ve had. I’m definitely gonna switch my fiancée to a Lexus later this year at this point there’s no other way to go for me. Mossy was great, I was only there to service my car and ended up leaving in a car. Hands down the very best experience I have had with a dealer. This is my fourth dealer car and it was Amazing dealing with them. The selection and the quality of customer service is unmatched I highly recommend this dealer. I switched from Mercedes to Lexus and I think it’s the best move I’ve made. This dealer has it down. Quality customer service and you don’t feel like you are just another commission they actually help!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. When I went to buy a car and I heard a couple yelling at the manager in the lobby, that should have been my queue to leave. Immediately. Sadly, it wasn’t.
My sales guy, Rocky, was nice but definitely didn’t know much about the actual car. Pretty typical, I thought. The real debacle began AFTER I bought my car.
I traded in my Honda for a Lexus CT200h. Approximately 6 weeks later, I still had no license plates and received a registration notice for my Honda (old car) in the mail. I called Cerritos Lexus and they said that these things can take up to 8−10weeks so not to worry. After 9 weeks of driving the car around with no license plates, I called the DMV directly and they told me no order had ever come from Lexus or Autonation for plates and registration renewal came to me for the Honda because no release of liability form had ever come from the dealer. I called Lexus and told them what the DMV said. They finally put me in touch with someone who I thought could help. The girl was nice and rush ordered me license plates, which I had within a week. Great. She said she wasn’t sure about the release of liability form. I went online to the DMV website and did the form myself. Done deal, I thought.
Approximately 2 weeks later, I get a notice in the mail for a fast track ticket on 4÷7÷16, however I traded my car in on 1÷20÷16, so it wasn’t me. I decided not to worry and the release of liability form I had just done online would go through and that would take care of the confusion. Wrong. Approx 2 – 3 weeks after the first notice, I get a second notice from the fast trak ticket place. In the meantime, I decide to take my new Lexus in for the first service since it had been over 4 months and approx 5k of mileage since I purchased the car. The first service is supposed to be FREE. When I get there, they tell me it’ll be $ 70. I say no, it’s my first one. They tell me that it’s only for certified pre-​owned vehicles. I tell her that mine is. She says «oh ok, it’s probably a mistake in the system.» Then she tells me, your oil doesn’t need to be changed until 10k miles because it’s a hybrid so come back then. I’m annoyed, but ok. I just KNOW when I take my car back, they’re going to say I either got my first service or my car isn’t cert pre-​owned, just watch.
Back to the ticket. The GM Jake tells me he’s sorry, blah blah and he puts me in touch with a nice lady who mails ANOTHER R.O.L. Form to the DMV for me so I won’t have to worry about the ticket.
Fast forward to today. I get ANOTHER notice for the ticket and this time they tell me the Honda is impounded… IN MY NAME! Also, the ticket is going to collections… IN MY NAME! ALL BECAUSE LEXUS DIDN’T DO THEIR JOB IN THE FIRST PLACE. I call DMV and they said they received the R.O.L. Form but now it’s too late and the burden of proof is on me to prove to metroexpress that I didn’t have the car in my possession at the time of the ticket! I have to go to DMV, pay $ 20 for an original copy of the ROL form then take it to metroexpress in GARDENA (easily 35 miles away) and prove its not my car! W T F. If Lexus had just sent in all the stupid forms in JANUARY like they’re SUPPOSED TO, I wouldn’t be in this position! So now I’m facing a mark on my DMV record, credit repercussions because the ticket is going into collections, and a towed vehicle sitting in an impound yard all in my name! I am beyond furious! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB today.

Such an awesome experience. No hassle. My husband and I provided Al Alcantara all our information and what we were willing to pay. He worked extremely hard to find me what I wanted. (He actually gave me 3 options) He called us up to come down and choose what car we preferred. I came in signed the paper work and drove off with my White ES350, navigation, sunroof, spoiler, park assist, steering wheel warmer, and a few other options! Extremely happy with Cerritos Lexus. (I’m a returning customer) If I could give AL 10 stars for patience I would! GREAT JOB AL! I’m one happy Girl!

I bought a used 2013 rx350 and the rear bumper was a different paint then the paint of the body. I found out after I drove it home about 2 weeks later.
I came and told the manager about this and all he said was the rear bumper is plastic and the paint would not look the same. That is true but if you look at the picture, this is totally different then what the original paint should be.
Beware of buying car here. Check everything thoroughly before you drive off the lot, or you will regret later.

Started online, inquiring about the vehicle I had in mind. The next day, Paul contacted me, got the vehicle I wanted, and worked to get me in for a face-​to-​face conversation. He was extremely straight-​forward, giving me the best deal possible right off the bat. As a buyer in my mid-20’s, I was extremely grateful to deal with Paul (and Mitch), as they were both about my age and made the process simple and quick.

On 5÷4÷16 I stopped in Cerrito’s Lexus and was greeted buy Mossy Kashani a sales consultant. He was very friendly and super attentive to my needs. He wanted to take the time to make my dreams come true and get me the right car. He was very informative and got my wish list down and came up with an amazing car for me he was not the typical car salesmen you see on tv he made me fell very comfortable and at easy a no pressure kind of felling. I’m so happy he help to bring my dreams to a reality. I would advise you to see him when ever to come buy. And gorge garnica the finance man was so friendly to me and very detailed in all his business doings please check these guys out. I’m so please with the service here.

Out of the 10 or so dealerships i’ve went to /​talked to, the service at this one has had to had been THE WORST. I worked with AL who is supposedly a «fleet manager», or I may have misheard him. he may have said CHEAP manager, that would’ve made a lot more sense. He gave me the best deal he could at $ 200/​month (36months) MORE, than what I ended up closing my deal at another dealership Thats not just a little gap, thats $ 7200 more. He worked really hard NOT to gain my business, it would be different if his deals only sucked, but he was actually pretty rude and had no effort in working with me at all. I would write it off as just having a bad salesperson, but this also happened when my friend got his Lexus, and he warned me about Cerritos.
*My advice, come here only if you want to pay sticker price or more.*

I have never been so impressed with a car buying experience until now. From the moment we test drove the cars to the moment financing was complete, my experience felt 5 star worthy. Our sales representative Edwin Chaidez was super patient and at no moment pushy. It was as he always knew what I needed and took his job to the next level.
Once the deal was approved we were welcomed by Mitch, who walked us though the process and made it completely understandable and easy to comprehend. He offered us options that suit my needs and for that I am extremely grateful. So I know for a fact where i’ll be coming back to get my other cars from. Both Edwin and Mitch have made a LOYAL customer out of me.

Today, I went into Lexus of Cerritos because (1) I found a car online that was at their dealership, and (2), I received a great incentive in the mail to trade in my current car.
I have a leased car right now. My lease is extended because I am waiting for the next, great car!!! I have also recommended 2 other people who have bought cars from this SAME dealership.
I called on Tuesday, and scheduled an appointment for Thursday to see the car I wanted. Here we go folks:
Very responsive, very nice, and professional emails — confirming my appointment for Thursday — way cool.
I leave really early on Thursday and arrive before my appointment time. The car I was interested in was NOT there. I checked the dealership parking lot, and no car. I called the person I was to meet with. They said another Autonation customer was interested, so they drove the car there, but the person did not buy it, so they have to drive the car back to Lexus of Cerritos. What?! Why wasn’t I called? I would not have driven all they way if the car was delayed. :/​Not professional to call me to say, «Hey! The car is NOT here! Why don’t you come when it is?» That simple.
Wait — what dropped here? Why waste my time! Professionalism going way DOWN HILL. So my companion suggested that we drive there. I said I will wait and grab some lunch. He said the car should be there in an hour. In the meanwhile, the person who emailed me was not there (his day off), so the fill-​in salesmen first said the car was in Buena Park, then it was at the dealership being detailed. We walked ALL THE WAY BACK where the cars are being detailed and washed, through, in and out of all the cars, and it was not there! What the what. So finally, the other salesman said he would call when the car is en-​route. I said ok — somewhat cheerfully. It was 2:05pm when I left.
The fill in salesman was gracious to call and inform me that that car was not going to be there in an hour, but an hour in a half. Whoa!!!
Then, I received another call that the car I was interested in, that Mario (manager of detail) took it for a drive to ESCONDIDO!!! When I asked WHYYYYYY did he take it to Escondido, no one knows WHY he took that particular car I was interested in; the car that — I was TOLD — all the managers have seen on the screen that day, and was scheduled for an appointment. Supposedly, all the managers knew that car was supposed to be there. Just imagine how they treat your interest rate, and how careless they can be when completing the paperwork. Yikes.
Escondido. Another 268 miles on the car — yea, REALLLLL smart.
The car does not arrive until 5:45pm — yes more than 3 hours later. On top of ALL this hassle, waste of time, and close to aggravation, the General Manager says they will not negotiate, but can go down a «couple hundred dollars.» The line, «There are five other people waiting for this car, and it hasn’t been seen yet» was used.
After taking time off from WORK, my time driving there, waiting for the car to arrive, and to be treated like this, WHY WHY WHY would anyone put up with this? I bring my car for service there often! My manager also brings his car too!
The service department is great. Salesman are not so professional — nice, backbiting, sarcastic — all in one breath! Very bad experience and 6 hours of time — GONE with not much care or apology for wasting people’s WORK WORK WORK (!!!) time!
At the time, no follow-​up whatsoever, or an apology. :(
The next day, I received an email from the person that emailed me — totally OBVIOUS (or just did not want to bring it up) of what happened.
I hope this does not happen to anyone else. Very bad!

If you’re looking to buy a Lexus. DO NOT I mean DO NOTTT GO HERE! I’m warning you. Please take the time to read my review and I will explain to you about my experience. All the 1 star on the bad service here is completely true.
After visiting at least 6 – 7 Lexus dealerships starting from Newport all the way up to Santa Monica area, we had no luck finding the exact color with a specific interior that I wanted. Our last stop was Cerritos and they happened to have exactly what I was looking for, which was great. But that was probably the one and only good thing that came from here. It all went downhill from there.
Before beginning all the fun paper stuff, we had told the salesman that we do not need to finance through Lexus but he insisted that we fill out a credit check form just for fraud purposes because it’s required by the dealership and it will only be for their records in case of anything. LIES! A couple days later I received a credit monitoring alert email stating that there was a hard inquiry from Lexus running my credit score on top of a few letters from different banks.
Onto the finance manager… He tried selling us all these extras at least 3 times which came out to about another 8k which we declined and he got really angry and raised his voice saying, «A LOT OF CUSTOMERS SEE A LOT OF VALUE IN THIS AND YOU DON’T SEE IT AT ALL?!» Once more, we politely declined. Again, we told him that we are not financing through Lexus. A week later, I opened the mail to my surprise I have a loan out in the amount of the car from a whole different bank. I was completely unaware of this. I called the bank to question this and they said the loan was requested from Lexus of Cerritos and that I would have to call the dealership back. I called the finance manager who originally helped me and no reply. I left at least 3 voicemails for a call back and NO RESPONSE. Next I tried to get in touch with the director of finance and he gave me a call back after I left a voicemail saying that this is urgent. He said he will look into it with the finance manager that helped me and will get back to me. Never heard back from him. I called for the next two days and I didn’t get anything back so I decided to just drive back there to talk to them in person.
When I drove back, I talked to my finance manager and asked him why didn’t he let us know about all of this. I told him he needed to flat cancel the loan he decided to take out for me which I did not ask for. He got really upset and talked to us in a really rude tone saying he will take care of it Monday. Monday rolled around I called to follow up. Yup, you guessed it, NO RESPONSE! I waited a few more days, called back and asked for the finance manager to find out he is NO LONGER with the company! Wow, just wow. I had to drive back yet ANOTHER time. It seems like the only way you will get through to them in any way is to drive back there personally each and every time you need something or to talk to someone. The drive from my house to the dealership is about 30 minutes, which is extremely inconvenient for me.
My issue still has not been resolved yet as I’m writing this review. It has been a really big headache dealing with all this.
Unless you enjoy being lied to or driving back here on your days off in the case of any problems arising, go here. If not, please go ANYWHERE, but here. This place is the absolute WORST! Shady shady shady. These guys are crooks and will say and do ANYTHING to sell you the car. Once they sell you the car, that is it. Any problems? Good luck getting ahold of anyone other than the front desk receptionist.

If you are in the market for a new or used Lexus, I strongly recommend checking out Lexus of Cerritos! The service I experienced here was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Being a 21-​year-​old, it’s rare that car salesmen take me seriously at first, but Majid was awesome. He treated me with respect the entire time, taking his time to get to know me, and he made it feel genuine. I feel that he actually cared about getting me a good deal on the car — I ended up with a great price after negotiating. The atmosphere is great and they have a large selection. It seems like they are likely to have whatever Lexus you’re looking for on one of their many auxiliary lots. The experience was as smooth as any car-​buying experience could be.
I ended up trading my 2007 335i for a brand new IS350 with the F-​Sport package, which is an amazing car. Thanks again Majid and the entire team at Lexus of Cerritos!

I did not buy a car from Lexus of Cerritos but if I was to recommend a dealership, this would be one of them. I stated thru their website that I was interested in a NX200 and Madrazo, Paul quickly got back to me. By that night I already had a price quote and had spoken to him a number of times even before some of the other dealerships had gotten back to me. The price quoted had one of the largest discounts compared to other Lexus dealerships.
So if youre going to Cerritos, ask for Paul.

I wanted to visit to find out more information on leasing my first vehicle and ended up driving away with my dream car.

Ok, so I knew it was too good to be true in Leasing. One thing you all must be aware, if you have not Lease a vehicle before. I guess there’s this fee called disposition fee plus tax. Meaning, if A when your Lease is up and you don’t purchase the vehicle, they’ll slap you a fee weeks later after you turn in your car. Or option B, you must Lease another one from the same Dealership, meaning if you purchase a Lexus and you hate it, too bad so sad cause you can’t avoid this fee.
What irritated me though, is that this was not addressed to us at the time of purchase so we wouldn’t be so shocked with a bill weeks after the vehicle is turned in.
Someone definitely did not do their job or hide something this vital at time of purchase. I am sure they are covered somewhere on that long winded contract somewhere. But hello! something this imperative should be share, shown and pointed out to your customers. Shame on you Lexus of Cerritos. Very disappointed, I regret referring customers to you last couple of years. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Had a great experience. Im extremely happy with the experience i had. Ive been thinking about getting a new car for 5 months and im glad i went to Lexus of Cerritos.
The staff is top notch. In the past 5 months I’ve gone several times and each time was a great experience. The staff was very patient with me, AJ, Ahmed, TK, Aref and their GM Jake took the time to help me through the process. I now have a 2016 IS 200t F SPORT, exactly how i hoped for. Im extremely happy. If you are looking to getting a new car, make sure you come to Lexus of Cerritos.
