We just had Jeff Murphy tune our 120 year old upright piano that was transported across the country from winter to California and had not been tuned in umpteen years. Keys were askew, hammers made no noise, and the sound was awful.
We can’t say enough about Jeff. He turned that piano into a marvel! He carefully tuned and leveled every key, plus many other technical things and spent over three hours making sure that we would be happy! He was very clear about his base price and about what would cost extra, so no surprises before he started. He is polite, engaging and devoted to his work.
We highly recommend his services to everyone!

The old piano sounds great again. Jeff also fixed some keys that had become warped over time and quieted a noisy pedal.
