One of better barber shops in town. The service and haircut were fantastic. Owners are very attention to detail and will listen to your needs. The price is very reasonable also I got mine for $ 15 plus optional tip. It’s sure better than paying $ 30 for regular men’s haircuts elsewhere in OC area.

Honestly messed up my hairline. They did not care about the hairline that was already made naturally on me and faded all of it, which messes it all up. It was too late to even say something about it because they literally went for it right away without even asking. I wouldn’t go back here.

Blown away by Esther’s work! I’ve been around the area for years and have never thought to walk in. Totally regret I didn’t start coming here many years ago.
Very friendly and wanted to give me exactly what I was looking for in a style. Its very clear they are still proud of what they do. Customers were waiting and they still took the time to get all the details right.
The customer next to me was getting a mean fade too!
Truly recommend to anyone!

I typically dislike getting haircuts but this place is different. The music is very peaceful and soothing, and there are cool plants all over. Not too busy and booming with people. The first couple of times the lady who I assume is Esther cut my hair. She did a great job despite me not really knowing exactly what I wanted with my thinning hair. The last time I went, Ted cut my hair, he is very genuine and you can tell he loves his work. I got a 4 on top, 2 on the sides and he blended it very well. Found my new barber in Cerritos.

It’s always a coin toss when it comes to barbers. I’ve been going to a few different local places around Cerritos all my life and when the haircutters closed or moved from the town center I wanted to find a good place. I went to a couple places but depending on the person, the same requested, simple haircut was so different. I finally found this place literally behind my neighborhood and wow. these two are amazing. Frienly people that throw on classical music and just sculpt great styles. I will be coming here for quite a while from now on.
Just needs to stay open a little later for us who get home from work at 6:/

I’ve been looking for an affordable barber near Cerritos since moving here a few years ago. Tried this place out based on Unilocal reviews and am happy to report that the reviews are right on target. Esther cut my hair and was detailed, friendly, and efficient. I am really happy with her work and will happily return for my next cut!

It’s nice and clean with a steady flow of patrons walking in.
I had Esther cut my hair and told her how I like it. She cut my hair fast and exactly as I asked. I will definitely be going back and I recommend any who needs a good quick cut to try it out.

Hands down the worst haircut I have ever had!
My hair is pretty darn simple. A zero fade straight up on the sides and back and a 7 – 8 on top. I even showed the lady multiple pics on my phone of a good haircut I had received before. This lady gave me the most crooked ass haircut it was seriously unbelievable. I had her fix It twice before I gave up. She didn’t even bother washing my hair after and left hair everywhere. I’m pissed I even had to pay her. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY!

I took my brother here to get a haircut, because he was in desperate need of one, and we waited around 10 minutes, then Ted was ready for my brother. Ted was very friendly, and cut off a lot of my brother’s hair, gave him a good trim, and styled his hair as well.
Would recommend to any guy who lives in the Cerritos/​Artesia area looking for a good barber.

Moved out Cerritos and had a string of horrible experiences with barbers. First one left my hair lopsided and uneven. Second gave me a faux hawk. Third made my colic stand up straight two inches above the rest of the hair. Each time I came back home my wife would look and start laughing. I went back to my old barber in the South Bay to try to get it fixed. Turns out she passed away suddenly two days before I walked in.
So after all that I browsed through Unilocal to find a new barber. Walked by one that was blaring hip-​hop music out the front door. Not for me. Then I found Esther and Ted. It was like my old barber was reincarnated into an older Korean couple. First hair cut was with Esther and it turned out great. Second was with Ted and it was great too. I just told them how I usually would get it cut and they went to work intuitively. When I walked back in to my house these last two times my wife said «better».
Enough said.

I was in the area and Unilocaled barber shops. This place showed up and I thought I would give it a try. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. Great price! SUPER NICE! I am going to make this my new barber shop. I live 20 minutes away but to me it’s worth the drive for the service you get. And I love supporting mom and pop businesses. I would definitely recommend this place!!! 5 stars

Reasonable prices, really good service… what more can you ask for?

I spotted this barber shop as I was driving by one day and made a mental note to look them up here on Unilocal and give them a try if they had lots of 4– or 5-​star reviews. It turns out all the reviews for Hair Craze are 5 stars, so I knew I had to give them a try next time I needed a haircut.
I went on a Saturday afternoon and there were 2 other customers ahead of me. The shop has a very calm, pleasant atmosphere with soothing music playing in the background. I waited about 20 minutes for my turn.
It appears that Ted and Esther are the only employees of this shop. Since I was new, Ted made it a point to introduce himself, which I appreciated. What’s really funny was he asked if he had cut my hair before because I looked familiar to him. I told him that I look like a lot of people! :-D He asked me my name, where I lived and how I heard about their shop. Before he got started, he promised me that I’ll be very happy with my haircut, then he got to work after I told him what I wanted.
Afterward, he gave me the hand-​held mirror and showed me what he did, and he was right — I was very happy with the work he did. :-) As someone else already mentioned, the price of the haircut was only $ 15, so very reasonable in price.
I wouldn’t mind coming back here again. Another reviewer said that Ted gives scalp massages (I understand this is a common practice in Korean-​run barber shops), so I wouldn’t mind giving one of those a try next time.

I came here based in the previous reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Great place the prices are more than reasonable and the service is excellent!
Ted is the friendliest guy and he can cut hair pretty well too!
