Forever 21

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at since it is so huge. I usually like to shop here in the early mornings or the weekdays since it does get crowded in the evenings and weekends. As far as customer service it is decent. I like the fact that the sales associates don’t bug the heck out of you. They’re not either mean or nice. They’re just there to do their job. My only real concern is the fact that they choose to occupy a single dressing room out of the whole entire store. Why the heck did you make so many dressing rooms if you choose not to use all of them then?

Just is not cool anymore!!! The clothing has changed so much it’s «not trendy» or cute clothing anymore. It lacks in customer service tremulously. It’s a huge F21 but huge in disappointment. Short & tight clothes & sexy ²⁴⁄₇. Uhhhh. It’s honestly a hit or miss.
What happened to old F21? I miss you.

Used to work here and the amount of shit talking workers and managers say in the break room and meet up area about customers is sad. Thank god I quit. Customer service here is a joke. And the fact that most are hired just due to connections to knowing managers rather than any actual experience just shows why many associates will never approach you or greet you in any form and come off stuck up. They always have a hiring sign on display because many people realize with the shitty hours and lack of respect that having a job here is a last priority.

I spent about an hour here the other day and came to the conclusion that this Forever 21 prides themselves on having the most employees with an attitude problem. Its near impossible to get any help here.
Every interaction I had with an employee from getting a fitting room to making a purchase was incredibly negative. The worst was probably when I went to a counter to pay and one of the women working there told me that they were not accepting any more customers at that one and then immediately let a group of three people pay there after.
The selection is large but everything is so scattered and hard to find. But anyway it’s better to shop elsewhere because the quality is terrible anyway.

I love this forever 21 but its always so hard to find help. I hardly ever seen any associates upstairs or if I dl they dont look friendly or eager to help at all. Im hardly ever greeted when I go in and a simple «Hi» goes a long way. Also why is only one register and dressing room open most of the time? Its such a big store I dont get it.
Also cleanliness of the store needs help. From my experience I notice when I go in the morning its so clean when they first open up but when I go in the evening it can be a mess. I guess throughout the day there isnt anyone to keep up the cleaning? I keep shopping here because the selection and prices are way better than other stores Ive been to. It is also cleaner but Im just a little picky I guess.
Overall great store if youre here for the clothws but they really need to pick up on customer service.

This place is a TRAIN-​WRECK! Everything is everywhere, no one knows where anything is, and worst of all the cleanliness is HORRENDOUS! The only reason I even have them an extra star is because they have a lot of options to choose from.
The fitting room is dirty (Dust everywhere), the bathroom is DIS-​GUS-​TING!!! (There was feces just smeared on their toilet seats *barf*), and everyone working there looks and acts like they’ve got better things to do. Wellllll excuseeee me, if you do, then go do it and be replaced with someone better PLEASE.
Not happy with this visit. It used to be good, there USED to be standards, but hardly anymore.

Forever 21 offers a HUGE variety of clothes for low low prices. That being said, you get what you pay for and don’t expect these clothes to last season after season. I like to think of them as clothes you only wear for one or two seasons before you have to put them out to pasture.
This Forever 21 is ginormous. I honestly get overwhelmed walking in here. They occupy a huge spot within the Cerritos Mall (where Mervyn’s used to be), and have two stories at this store. The inside is beautiful with mirrors, chandeliers, and loud music playing — I def feel old whenever I’m here.
Clothes here are geared mostly towards the early twenties set (hence the name I guess), but I’ve noticed they’ve started a higher end line (more costly than their regular bargain basement items) that look more suitable for older women while still being on-​trend.
Bottom line: I know what I’m getting when I shop here. So when I need a cute outfit for say a night out that I won’t care if it frays or the knit pills in 6 months, I come here. Seriously, where else can you get leggings for under $ 4?

Forever 21 is a great place to shop by featuring an enermous wide range of clothes for women featuring denim, basics, and lingerie. The range for men however, is pretty shorter than I expected but other than that; great styles for men. Not too many workers to help what you may need to find around the store but most are friendly and happy to help you in your shopping experience. The loss of the star is due to the size section just for men which made me a bit dissapointed considering Im a male. Great place to shop by at and certainly a place to simply do some window shopping as well. Great environment with positive energy and a great place to see what new selections there are displayed!
