Beth Bettger – State Farm Insurance Agent

Been coming here for 9 years after switching from geico and could not be happier. Each time I come in, the girls know my name and take care of everything for me. No wait, no lines, just there to help. Beth even remembered to wish my daughter a Happy Birthday! Highly recommend for anyone in Orange County.

Beth and her team offer friendly, professional, knowledgeable service. They are always willing to answer your questions, and their help through the difficult collision process and insurance selection brings you peace of mind.

Horrible agent. Charged me a lot for a little insurance, insisted on trying to get me to sign up my child immediately for a policy upon turning 15 (and without evening having a driver’s permit), and had a staff member hound me to refinance my car when I only one more month left on the loan. I ran screaming after the pressure to re-​finance and put a child that wasn’t even learning how to drive on my policy.

Something does not feel right at Beth’s State Farm anymore. Here’s the thing:
This agency has become too proactive at making sure they nickel and dime you, but not nearly as aggressive at letting you know when you’re eligible for a discount. Quick to punish you for a change to your policy, but not nearly as devoted to you as a customer when your driving record remains impeccable, or you added a safety feature to your vehicle or home. Beth has programmed her staff to squeeze you at every opportunity, cold calling you twice a month for Life Insurance but never once calling to inform you of a Good driver discount, or to thank you for not getting into an accident or for not having a driving infraction for the past 20 years; I know, they’re in it to make money. Then why pretend you’re an ethical, family-​first business? The best interest of the customer, always a top priority? «Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is … There.»? Simply not true, here.
New digs, fancy flat screens. A strange office layout where all the agents are hidden behind walls and no one is stationed at the entrance to greet you, only after a couple of loud Hello’s will you hear someone’s greedy and indifferent voice filter beyond the thin, sterile plaster walls, «Be With You In A Minute,» or the more likely: «WE’RE BACK HERE …»

Very disappointed with her service… over insured us and didn’t return calls. Her gal that answers the phone is not phone friendly.

Everything went extremely well. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast and efficiently everything was handled. Judy was very knowledgeable and always available to help. She did a fantastic job! Thank you for all your hard work! I am proud to be a State Farm client.

This is a great insurance place. Eder hooked me up with great insurance for a great value. The customer service was easy and not pushy at all. I know for a fact the agent of this office really does care for her clients. It’s like a 4 star hotel for my insurance needs. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to ditch those broker thieves.
