Last month bought 2 sweater from them didn’t even touch 1 still in bag with tags and receipt been meaning to return since I don’t think I needed the same sweater in different colors but I was out of town for a good 2 weeks, got home last night unpacked and saw the bag still sitting in my closet. Wanted to return sweater for money back. Called them to see if they can make an exception since i was 4 days late from the 30 days. And of course their customer service sucks! Won’t give me back money and only can give store credit. After the responses I don’t want no store credit no nothing cause I won’t be buying from there again. Been a faithful buyer for many years but they don’t deserve my business. Yes sure policy but there is always an exception to any policy to keep the customer happy and coming back.

Love it here!
The girls that work here are very helpful and usually on the ball (the guys… not so much it seems… but that’s fine).
Huge sale section in the back by the registers (on rolling racks and also against the wall) and another small accessory sale section when you are going back to the dressing rooms.
Not a large selection of items or sizes, but enough that you can get an idea of what you need want and then go to the web and order online (AX online will also deliver to this store if you want to pick up instead of having it shipped). One of the girls told me that if I buy online and want to return that they take returns at this store.

Super helpful and friendly sales people. Hubby needed to pick up something for our Vegas trip, saw all women tanks were 30% off, got one of those white beads and sequin ones for myself… All handbags were 50% off too, great deal!
I like this store a lot cause they have lots of sale items, and they still have XS/​P or size 0 left, usually those are gone fast.
Found an A/​X store closer by, sweet! ;p

This store is very nice and classy.
Its decorated beautiuflly with glass, mirros and beautiful fixtures.
However, the clothes themselves are really «Friday Night clubbing clothes» and they aren’t made for living people who like to buy clothes for work, weekends and normal civilized 9 to 5 jobs.
Its great to find cool funky stuff, but anyone over the age of (*gasp*) 30 ! should… avoid this place like the plague!
