All Star Wireless – Verizon Premium Retailer

Apparently this location was moved to Carmenita and Artesia.
Walked in a month before my contract expired because the man on the phone said I can upgrade without turning in my phone exactly 1 month before expiration. The local Verizon store did not let me do this.
A very nice bilingual Korean man helped me through the whole process. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I got a really good deal and practically paid nothing for my S6 Edge 64gb. He moved over all the data from my S4 (took him 20+ minutes because i never delete texts) and proceeded to show me all the features of the phone patiently and waited with a smile while I decided between black and white.
Other guy working was equally friendly as he was helping another customer (who was talking about his family for a good twenty minutes, and then walked out when he realized he wasn’t eligible for an upgrade yet).
Store is spotless clean, has many demo phones you can play with, and overall pleasant.
Kudos to the very friendly workers and all the discounts!

I advise anybody trying to get a phone to not come to this place. I came in because I needed a new phone because I destroyed my galaxy s4 and switched my service to my old Iphone 4. The big dark asian guy told me I can do the early edge program but i needed to turn in my Iphone. The thing is I didn’t want to turn in my Iphone. Instead I wanted to switch my service to my old galaxy fascinate, so that I can turn in that phone instead of my Iphone. The big dark asian guy told me that it is not possible because the system wouldn’t let me do it because i changed it recently. So I got the Iphone 6 plus and had to turn in my Iphone 4 within a week. I did not like the Iphone 6 plus because of how heavy it was and much of a hassle it was to adjust to Iphone from the galaxy s4. The next day I wanted to return it, so i gave them a call. The lady worker there told me that there was a $ 70.00 restocking fee… I called Verizon corporate and they told me that their return policy was a $ 35.00 restocking fee. The bad thing about what I did was purchasing the phone from All Star Wireless. The Iphone 6 plus was from their inventory so I had no choice but to return the phone only to them. So I went back to All Star Wireless wanting to return my Iphone 6 plus. The young asian lady was telling me that if I return my phone, I would be in risk of losing that early edge program. So i took the risk and returned the phone just because I don’t ever want to do business with them again. These people are robbers. I went back to Verizon corporate store in Cerritos Towne Center and they told me that I could change my service back to my galaxy fascinate and get the galaxy note 4. The guy at the verizon corporate told me that they didn’t have the note 4 in the color white, so they told me to try bestbuy which is also in the towne center. I went to best buy and got my note 4 in white. I asked them about their restocking fee and they don’t have a restocking fee… I paid all star wireless $ 70.00. I asked verizon corporate about everything i went through and turns out the people at All Star Wireless don’t know anything about what their doing. I was still eligible for the Early Edge program in the beginning I could’ve still switched my service from my iphone to my galaxy fascinate and there shouldn’t be a restocking fee… Do your job right All Star Wireless. This is why you guys have horrible ratings on Unilocal.And don’t worry I will be posting this on my local blog which is exposed to thousands of people locally in orange county and los angeles county. Worst customer service ever.
