Signed up for the 7 day free pass, i thought ok ima try it and if its convenient then ill sign up, pretty easy right, WRONG! First of all the front desk guy was rude, then u cant just work out, first u have to talk to their membership personell, Lily the MP was really nice, but she went to talk to her boss and they lowered my 7 day pass to a 5 day pass, what a scam

I wish I could give them 0 star but no option :(not satisfied with their customers service. Told them the truth that moving out so please wave the charges «which im not using your gym for those days» give them the details but doesn’t want to listen. my question is to them when members join your gym then you start processing members fees right away, when member leaves the gym you take one month to cancel the memership. Just to take more money out from their account. That’s not a fair deal. Beware people.

I signed up for the gym a few weeks ago and love it so far. It’s super close to my place, so I ride my bike and lock it up right next to the entrance which is awesome. Personal training is great as well. Robert Pargaz and Vicente Vigil are super friendly and know what they are talking about. However, they push you super hard when working out. So if you have plans and want to wear some heels that night or next day after training with these guys, think again! I will definitely continue to work with them on my fitness goals. Thanks guys!

Decided to try a pool workout today. Won’t ever do that again. First the clorine smell is so strong it actually hurt to take deep breaths. There were a bunch of kids in the pool, then some scumbag comes out of the sauna and right into the pool. He walked right past the shower on the wall and just put his sweating gross body in the pool. Hours after getting out and a shower as soon i got home and my skin still smells of chlorine and now I am itching. Never ever again.

Dennis Johnson-​Personal Trainer is the BEST! I have worked out with several trainers over the years and he is by far my favorite! He pushes me (kicks my butt– No Pain no gain!), shows me how to do new and old exercises and teaches me proper form. He has helped me reach my fitness goals in a short amount of time and He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable and I love working out because of him. He has brought back my motivation to get In Shape! Beast Mode ON! Def recommend Dennis if you are looking for a great trainer that will really give you the results you want!

I signed up on weds. and I had my appointment today with the personal trainer *Robert Pargaz, and Vicente Vigil* two awesome guys who helped me. and kicked my butt as well. I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated and PUSHED to keep going.

Excellent service. Pretty clean, however the mirrors could use some more attention in the men’s restroom. My only problem with the gym itself, is the fact that there’s only one bench press, no squat rack, yet there are two smith machines (basically a rack with training wheels)
Also, to the new guys/​ladies and out of town folk.
Be VERY careful driving here, I grew up in around this location. It’s super ghetto, meaning; bad drivers. Everywhere.
Also it it seems VERY lazy or incompetent to be closing at 4pm on the weekend

They are unprofessional and don’t know how to handle customer service. Even management is unprofessional. Only reason why I go here is because it’s close to my home. But after I saw how they mistreated a customer, It made me feel uncomfortable & definitely leaving. They only care about closing sales to meet their quota. They don’t care about their members

Just got back from a deployment and I was visiting my family. Decided to stop here to get my workout in for my PT test coming up during my Vacation. They gave me a complementary free 10 day pass. Thank you!!! They have all the machines and free weights. Great place to get your swolle on.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Rob, and Jenell rock! They provided the most awesome customer service, and deserve major kudos!
The gym is really big, and super clean. I really enjoy working out here. Lots of cardio equipment, and the have several different sections including free weights. The rooms for these different sections are kinda small so just be sure to avoid 4pm-​8pm since thats when its really crowded.
Only suggestions is the cardio room does not have great tv stations. Theres like 5 sports channels, 1 spanish, and the rest is news. Its not a deal breaker or star reduction worthy though, since they play good music and I just listen to that. Also theres always men in the women’s section, but this isn’t InShape’d fault since its illegal to kick the men out, so I’m not docking for that.
My trainer Danielle is amazing I love her and I am seeing results :)
Oh and please please please bring an Inshape to Patterson with a kids club asap!

If you’re in the Ceres area and looking to workout here. Be warned. Gym etiquette is non-​existent here. The staff are unprofessional and the members that work out here are ghetto.
One of the sanitation guys was chit chatting with some friends instead of wiping down equipment or reracking weights. You’ll see many like this guy, just walking around not really maintaining a clean gym.
Their trainers aren’t for to train. 2⁄5 trainers there are actually fit. A $ 38 paper that says you’re certified. I would trust you with my money if could do twice as many push-​ups or pull-​ups than you.
The members that come here 7⁄10 do to know what the **** they’re doing. It’s like a watering hole, people come to this gym to hang out and socialize. If you like working with free-​weights, good luck if you could find a matching dumbbell pair.
Oh yeah and when you leave, don’t expect a «have a good day.» Doesn’t happen all too much here.
If you’re looking to hangout and socialize in your gym clothes, make this gym your first stop.

This place is a mixed bag.
If you go early enough (5 –8 am), it’s great. Everything is where is should be and everyone seems friendly.
Then, starting at around 8 am, all the bros and inconsiderate people come and go. Nothing is ever racked correctly (or not racked at all) and people don’t really care if they take up three pieces of the already limited equipment.
There’s no real dedicated stretching area, you just need to grab a mat and find any spot you can. There’s also only 2 foam rollers.
About 75% of the cardio equipment (talking about ellipticals) is messed up in some minor way or the other. It’s annoying feeling a big click on each stride. I usually go to the same one that’s not broken though. It’s annoying when it’s occupied and I have to use a slightly damaged one.
The staff is friendly though. Also, you can’t blame the administration for the members being inconsiderate and dirty.
Avoid this gym if possible. I used to choose the 15 minute drive to Turlock over the 2 minute drive to this place. I did that for 6 months. Now I workout really early and just go here out of convenience.

I used to come to this gym every week day when I lived in Ceres. It’s big and not many people around noon. They also have a children’s center for those with kids. I like the protein shake/​juice bar they have even though I never used it lol :)
I’m writing this with a 2 star review because I moved to San Jose, CA and have been here since September 2013 and they are still sending me bills and threatening me that my bill will go into collections when I clearly told them my situation and even faxed them my pay stubs they requested, yet I constantly get letters and collection threats. I will now need to call AGAIN and settle this issue. I’m planning on moving back to Ceres at the end of 2014 or beginning 2015 but I won’t be renewing my membership for this reason. Unorganized upper management in Stockton.

I been a member for about 1.5 years. The have had upgrades on most of the equipment and staff is usually friendly. .. the only setback is it gets a bit crowded in the evenings. Early mornings before 8am are great… also be nice if there was more regular cleaning of equipment during open hours.

3 words: GHETTO SHIT HOLE.
I have a pass that gets me into any inshape in the area and I drive an extra 5 minutes on top of what it would take to get me to this gym, just so I can avoid it. The weights are NEVER racked properly, because the members dont know how to work out. It’s difficult to get a session when crunched for time, because majority of the patrons of this gym spend 5 minutes in between sets on their phone texting. Filled with dudes who walk around with a wife beater and invisible lat syndrome. Im sorry bro, but your 17 inch arms arent impressive when you’re 23% bodyfat and have a 38 inch waist. And everyday is a chest, bicep and tricep day for the fellas here. For some reason, all the old mexican ladies wear real tight tops that show off their boobs. It sounds nice, but when that same top highlights the double roll on their stomach it’s visually disturbing.

This is the gym that makes me feel most comfortable. The color of the place is nice and everything is so well positioned. the staff is all great. I just wouldn’t do the personal training. They seem to just want your money. I had what was supposed to be a free training session but we never left the guys office. He just kept talking bout money. I can just use Google to be my trainer. They have a super decent smoothie bar an the pool is probably the best of all the clubs. I like how the locker room has a door that goes straight to the pool. The machines are great and easy to use. I love the circuit training room. There’s also a very nice view from the 2nd floor and its right next to a great Indian buffet. At all hours this place is very nice. I love the ambiance. They have a great place for kids too
