1-Poor Quality; color are very uneven, vary, not-uniform, etc,. 2-Manual Services; delays, delays, you pay them, & they don’t take payment [?] 3-Not recommended! You get what you pay for! ended up paying twice! more expen$$ive in the long run! Find many other places! This small company is just Not worth it!!! for sure, it is a waste of your time & your money! Most importantly YOURPERSONALINFO&CREDITCARDINFO in site is NOTSECURE! if you put your credit card be careful, such info was stolen and lost from their site– Cannot believe it! the one person company won’t say anything! he/she will just say if you want no questions just pay again… if you think you order & pay for«cheap copies» you may ended up losing your identity, you decide if few cents… [is not worth it?]

I wrote my first review after not receiving a response to my email requests for(3) copies of a missing sheet of a personal project I was working on. I was promptly contacted by the business owner who met with me in person at my work, after submitting a review on Unilocal,in an effort to resolve the issues I had listed. I had responded to the order confirmation email which was apparently not the correct email address. He went over each of the issues I had listed and offered to return my money. Mistakes and miscommunications will occur. As a customer, when I see that my business is important to the owner and they make an effort to satisfy me, it gains more respect and loyalty from me, than if everything had gone smoothly in the first place. Usually going the extra mile, even at a cost, ends up being an investment that will payback much more than it cost. Much of a businesses success depends on how a customer feels about their experience. I will re-rate my experience with Copies In Color to 5 stars for ease of transactions, quality prints, reasonable pricing and delivery time and the extra effort to resolve issues. I like to see small businesses do well. It benefits all of us.

Not happy with my order. Ordered black and white copies with images. Printing quality was horrible. The images were printed with streaks through all of them. Some of them were unrecognizable. Also payed extra for bindery service(folding) and did not receive that. Don’t print with this company.

The company did my print job again. And again, got it wrong. They got upset because of the negative review that I left for my first and second experiences. Well, here’s another(and this isn’t the only site). They botched my second order and, in an attempt at reparation, reprinted it. They managed to mess that up as well. They also figured out the hard way to print my manual with the markups but this time it was printed on 20# paper(I paid for 24#) and neglected to 3 hole punch it(which I also paid extra for). They were upset that I called their employee an ignoramus. That was the nicest word I could come up with — what else do you call someone with a big mouth and a bad attitude who thinks they have to «pdf it again» in order to print a pdf with markups?! Not only that, you blame the customer for your ignorance — they said I didn’t upload the document properly when I did exactly as I was instructed by the very first employee. And if the upload was an issue, someone of average intelligence and good communication skills would’ve requested that the document be uploaded again before wasting 825(more) sheets of paper. Let me school you — search YouTube if you need a visual — on the right side of the print screen under Comments & Forms there’s a drop down box. Guess what option you should choose? Hint: it says Document and Markups. You can rally every customer you can think of and write your own fake reviews to up your rating on here. Your time would be better spent perfecting your craft and learning how to provide the best customer service. Customer service is not as much about the work you do as it is about how you handle issues when they arise(that was free of charge). No worries — this will be my last review for this business since I will be «taking my business elsewhere»(along with my thousands of colleagues). And every time someone asks me about my manuals I refer them to Best Value Copy.

I am a medical student who had to print textbook with histological pictures. I had called my local Staples and Office Depot and they were going to charge me $ 150+ dollars, which is ridiculous. I am so glad I found Copies in Color because they saved me a lot of money($ 30 compared to $ 150+). I wish shipping was a little cheaper, however, the quality of the printing is phenomenal. I am highlighting and writing over the text and pictures and there is no bleeding! Thank you for such excellent quality at an affordable price!

They printed my wedding programs and menus. They were accommodating by printing on special paper. Everything worked out great!

I have used this company for printing for the past four years. Last year was a nightmare but the owner told me he was having«personnel» problems and gave me a break on my job. This year, I sent my job in early with explicit instructions and the nightmare continued. It took almost three weeks to get it done and shipped out to me. One part of it sat for five days in the back room because nobody had the smarts to ship it out. And then it took an additional week to get the charges straightened out. — sort of. I will not be using this company in the future.

I just had the most unpleasant experience with this company. They received my order on Monday. On Tuesday, I called and was told their machines were not able to print on card stock but they would work on it. Today, Thursday, I was called by an employee who informed me that the owner was busy and didn’t have the time to fix the machine to complete my order. She said it would take«like four hours» to fix the machine. But they could print it on regular paper. I do not want regular paper, but I asked what kind of discount they would give me to keep my business. None. This company’s owner is not interested in keeping customers. He won’t take the time to fix his machines so he can complete orders and isn’t willing to give any kind of discount for changing the order to something the customer doesn’t want. He would rather lose business. VERY bad business model!
