Our tv was under warranty from Panasonic, we were referred to them to fix it. They were backed up with appointments for a week. Ordered a part for our tv without even looking at it. The part didn’t come in on time and the soonest they could get back out to us was another week later. When they finally got the part and came to fix it, it was the wrong part. Horrible customer service. We’ve now been without a tv for almost 3 weeks because they didnt bother to find out what was wrong with the tv in the first place.

i call for verbal advice, and they give me the «well it could be anything, bring it in and after $ 20 of diagnosis fee, i can tell you what’s really wrong»… come on guys! then they say, well, i gotta make my money somehow. look, i just asked for a little advice! i’m not gona take your clients! geez… no honest help out there nowa days!

Took my Panasonic plasma TV there to get repaired. As soon as I told them what the symptoms were they understood what it was and how to fix it. They stay on top of company recalls, what people are blogging about and just current events. They also sell TV’s at a good price, so if you need a 2nd bedroom or man cave set look them up.

Had our Mitsubishi tv repaired a while back with them. Charged us over $ 300. Took a week to finish repairs. Found out later when started messing up again that can buy the part for 15 $ and repair within 15 minutes. But they will not tell you that of course! That’s how they make there money. I recommended googling your problems first to make sure you don’t get hussled.

Our TV was under recall from Samsung, and Ceres TV was one of the dealers that handled their recall. I called Ceres TV to get our TV fixed because it was not working at all… they came out the same day… fixed it… and the gal on the phone was very friendly. I will call Ceres TV first, before I think of calling anyone else!
