AAA Ceres Self Storage

Super awful customer service. When I arrived to rent a unit, there was a man at the counter who was already being helped, so I sat down to wait my turn. About a minute later, an older woman walked in. She apparently ran the counter. She immediately informed me (in a super snarky tone) that my wait would probably be about 15 minutes. I said «that’s fine», and continued to sit there.
A few minutes later, she was preparing to show the customer what a 10×12 unit looked like. Being that I had no idea what the unit size looked like, I asked if I could tag along and take a look so I would know what size I might need (in an effort to prevent her from having to show it twice!). She snapped. She said «I am not going to show you several units while this guy waits». I reminded her that I had not asked for her to show me several units. I had only asked if I could tag along and see what a 10×12 looked like. She got really irritated and started raising her voice, so I bailed. Went down the street to Silo and got the BEST attitude from the front desk personnel. Booo for bad service! That woman needs to retire!

This is a great self storage place. Voted best in Ceres 5 years in a row. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a storage place.
